A finals de l\u2019any 1987 li va arribar la not\u00edcia que a <strong>l\u2019Escola Agr\u00e0ria d\u2019Amposta<\/strong> s\u2019oferia una pla\u00e7a <strong>d\u2019ajudant de cuina<\/strong>, es va presentar a la prova i el gener del 1988 es va incorporar a la cuina del centre, fins al dia d\u2019avui.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durant tots aquests anys, i a causa de les necessitats del servei, enc\u00e0rrecs en funcions i substituci\u00f3 d\u2019alguna baixa, ha anat fent gaireb\u00e9 totes les feines que es fan a la resid\u00e8ncia: <strong>neteja, cuina, governanta&#8230;<\/strong> Actualment, com que la resid\u00e8ncia est\u00e0 tancada, es dedica a preparar els entrepans de mig mat\u00ed i a fer les tasques de governanta com ara encarregar-se del personal de neteja de l\u2019escola, compres, revisar les instal\u00b7lacions, organitzar esdeveniments i trobades que es puguin fer a l\u2019escola&#8230; Tamb\u00e9 ajuda a les seves companyes d\u2019administraci\u00f3 a fer tasques de la formaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua i, de tant en tant, a atendre trucades telef\u00f2niques.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el que m\u00e9s t\u2019agrada de la teva feina? <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u2019agrada el que he fet a l\u2019escola durant tots aquests anys. Al principi, quan ten\u00edem la resid\u00e8ncia, hi havia molts alumnes interns i molts m\u00e9s que es quedaven a mitja pensi\u00f3. Tot i que hi havia temporades de feina fren\u00e8tica, a mi m\u2019agradava estar en contacte amb l\u2019<strong>alumnat<\/strong> i fer-los sentir com a casa seva. Des de juny 2019,\u00a0 que\u00a0 va finalitzar el servei de resid\u00e8ncia, i el desembre de 2020, el de menjador, he fet un tomb. Ara la feina tampoc \u00e9s relaxada, per\u00f2 m\u2019ho passo molt b\u00e9 i vinc amb moltes ganes!!!!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Actualment, estem preparant l\u2019acte de celebraci\u00f3 del <strong>50\u00e8 aniversari<\/strong> de la nostra escola. Em fa molta il\u00b7lusi\u00f3 poder formar part d\u2019aquest esdeveniment tan important per a tothom qui ha passat per aqu\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En definitiva, m\u2019agrada treballar perqu\u00e8 tot funcioni b\u00e9, resoldre problemes i ajudar a tots els meus companys quan necessiten alguna cosa.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Com definiries les Escoles Agr\u00e0ries en una sola paraula o en una frase breu? <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Les <strong>Escoles Agr\u00e0ries<\/strong> s\u00f3n fonamentals per a professionalitzar el <strong>sector agrari.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Si parlem d\u2019\u00e8xit en les Escoles Agr\u00e0ries, de qu\u00e8 creus que estar\u00edem parlant<\/strong>?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Som escoles petites i, aix\u00f2 ens permet donar un tracte proper, acurat i personalitzat. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s gr\u00e0cies, tamb\u00e9, a l\u2019equip hum\u00e0 que \u00a0formem part de les <strong>Escoles Agr\u00e0ries.<\/strong> Som gent implicada i responsable en la nostra feina. L\u2019\u00e8xit tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s gr\u00e0cies a l\u2019alumnat: sense ells les Escoles Agr\u00e0ries no serien el que s\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Explica\u2019ns una an\u00e8cdota que hagis viscut a l\u2019escola que pugui servir de consell per a la resta de professionals de les Escoles Agr\u00e0ries.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e9s que una an\u00e8cdota voldria transmetre un sentiment. Durant tots aquests anys he vist passar molta gent per l\u2019escola, siguin alumnes, professors, col\u00b7laboradors o alumnes de formaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua. \u00c9s molt gratificant que et coneguin i et cridin pel carrer.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>On et podem trobar fora de l\u2019horari laboral? Quines s\u00f3n les teves aficions?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Soc propiet\u00e0ria d\u2019una petita finca de <strong>tarongers<\/strong> amb una caseta de camp prop d\u2019<strong>Amposta<\/strong>. All\u00e0 hi passo quasi tots els caps de setmana amb el meu marit, els meus fills i la fam\u00edlia. Em considero una enamorada de la meva <strong>terra<\/strong>, m\u2019encanta passejar pel <strong>Delta<\/strong>, qualsevol \u00e8poca de l\u2019any, entre els <strong>camps d\u2019arr\u00f2s<\/strong>, i de tant en tant pujar als ports i fer una caminada per alguna de les seves espectaculars rutes.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Quin producte de proximitat o quin producte de les Escoles Agr\u00e0ries no pot faltar mai al rebost de casa teva? <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sens dubte, la <strong>verdura<\/strong> que produeixen els nostres alumnes a la finca de la nostra escola. A m\u00e9s, jo sempre compro al mercat, aix\u00ed que majorit\u00e0riament sempre tinc <strong>producte de proximitat<\/strong> i de temporada a la nevera i al rebost de casa meva.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Quina can\u00e7\u00f3 o llibre ens recomanes per passar una bona estona?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u2019agrada molt la novel\u00b7la hist\u00f2rica. Qualsevol llibre de <strong>Ken Follet, Ildefonso Falcones, Mart\u00ed Gironell o Julia Navarro.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En refer\u00e8ncia a la <strong>m\u00fasica<\/strong>, soc una nost\u00e0lgica dels <strong>anys 80.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Si vols afegir alguna cosa m\u00e9s que no haguem parlat a les preguntes anteriors, no dubtis a fer-ho a continuaci\u00f3! <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Despr\u00e9s de 34 anys, sento l\u2019escola com si fos casa meva. Estic molt a gust amb els meus companys i em sento molt recolzada per tots ells, i aix\u00f2 m\u2019ajuda a treure el millor de mi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per altra banda, estar constantment envoltada de joves estudiants m\u2019ha aportat molta frescor i positivisme a la meva vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I per acabar, un inc\u00eds. El meu nom, Genoveva, nom\u00e9s apareix al DNI, tothom em coneix com a Xaneva de l\u2019Escola Agr\u00e0ria!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
