Piriforme o a vegades ovo\u00efdal. Epidermis verda, llisa i fina. Vira a color verd p\u00e0l\u00b7lid o gris\u00f3s al madurar. Pot tenir lleugera xapa vermella en alguns fruits a la part que toca el sol. La polpa \u00e9s blanca i fina i m\u00e9s granulosa cap al cor de la fruita. El sabor \u00e9s excel\u00b7lent si es cull al moment \u00f2ptim.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><strong>COLLITA I CONSERVACI\u00d3<\/strong><\/span> La collita es fa la primera desena d\u2019agost si \u00e9s per a conservaci\u00f3. Per consum immediat es cull durant la segona quinzena. No es torna \u201clloca\u201d si se la cull al moment adequat. Pot conservar-se en fred normal fins al desembre i en atmosfera controlada fins al juny.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #99cc00;\"><strong>CONSIDERACIONS AGRON\u00d2MIQUES<\/strong><\/span> Compatibilitat regular amb codonyer, millor amb tipus Provence (fructifica sobre brindilles coronades quan \u00e9s jove i de tipus mixt quan l\u2019arbre \u00e9s adult).
