Va comen\u00e7ar amb una introducci\u00f3 general i posteriorment <\/span><span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">va explicar els aspectes clau de la identificaci\u00f3 i control d&#8217;al\u00b7l\u00e8rgens. <\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"424\">Es va fer \u00e8mfasi en la import\u00e0ncia de con\u00e8ixer e<strong>ls 14 al\u00b7l\u00e8rgens principals<\/strong> regulats per la legislaci\u00f3 europea, com el gluten, els fruits secs o la lactosa. Tamb\u00e9 es van destacar les <strong data-start=\"613\" data-end=\"643\">bones pr\u00e0ctiques d&#8217;higiene<\/strong> per evitar contaminacions creuades i garantir la seguretat dels consumidors amb al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies o intoler\u00e0ncies.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"755\" data-end=\"1071\" data-is-last-node=\"\">A m\u00e9s, es van oferir consells pr\u00e0ctics per complir la normativa vigent, com l\u2019etiquetatge correcte dels productes i la formaci\u00f3 del personal.
