Resultats de la campanya 2023\/2024."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El passat dia 11 de juliol vam acollir a la nostra escola la Jornada T\u00e8cnica ELS OLIS DE CATALUNYA, RESULTATS DE LA CAMPANYA 2023\/2024.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta jornada va ser organitzada pel Panell de Tast d\u2019Olis i el Laboratori Agroalimentari amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de l\u2019IRTA, de la mateixa Escola i de les DOPs d\u2019Oli Catalanes.<\/p>\n<p>Es tracta d\u2019una jornada de refer\u00e8ncia pel sector de l\u2019oli que s\u2019organitza anualment i aquest any ha tingut un gran \u00e8xit de participaci\u00f3 amb una assist\u00e8ncia de gaireb\u00e9 100 persones.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/eca-masbove\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2295\/2024\/07\/IMG-20240711-WA0002.jpg\"><img desenvolupament de la jornada primerament es van presentar els resultats de la Campanya 2023\/2024, el Laboratori i el Panell van exposar els resultats de les anal\u00edtiques f\u00edsico-qu\u00edmiques i sensorials de les mostres que s\u2019havien analitzat, si b\u00e9 es va constatar una reducci\u00f3 en el nombre de mostres per les dificultats de conreu durant la campanya, va quedar pal\u00e8s que l\u2019oli produ\u00eft era d\u2019una qualitat similar a la dels anys anteriors, en alguns casos fins i tot millor.<\/p>\n<p>Seguidament, es van exposar els resultats obtinguts en el nou Pla d\u2019acompanyament dels molins per a la millora de la qualitat de l\u2019OOVE produ\u00eft a Catalunya IRTA-DACC i es va comentar que hi havia una lleugera reducci\u00f3 de molins adscrits al programa respecte a anys anteriors.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/eca-masbove\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2295\/2024\/07\/Taula-rodona-1.jpg\"><img l\u2019augment de la T\u00aa ambiental est\u00e0 afectant a la producci\u00f3 i qualitat de l\u2019oli, l\u2019estiu s\u2019allarga i la collita s\u2019avan\u00e7a, i en els mesos d\u2019octubre i novembre les fermentacions en els fruits s\u2019acceleren i la maduraci\u00f3 s\u2019avan\u00e7a, per evitar tot aix\u00f2 cal prendre una s\u00e8rie de precaucions per obtenir un oli d\u2019alta qualitat com s\u00f3n refredar les olives i desinfectar les olives, transport adequat i molta r\u00e0pida, filtratge en les primeres hores dels olis obtinguts.<\/p>\n<p>El p\u00fablic assistent va comentar els resultats de la campanya i la previsi\u00f3 per la vinent en les diferents zones de Catalunya, els representants de les DOPs van explicar la seva situaci\u00f3 i el que va quedar molt clar, \u00e9s que el problema principal que tenen, \u00e9s la disponibilitat d\u2019aigua, b\u00e9 sigui per factors climatol\u00f2gics en les parcel\u00b7les de sec\u00e0 o per restriccions en el reg all\u00e0 on poden fer-ho, per tal de millorar els resultats en la quantitat i qualitat de l\u2019oli produ\u00eft.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/eca-masbove\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2295\/2024\/07\/Vista-General-Sala-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1860 alignleft\" presentar les conclusions del Pla d&#8217;Acci\u00f3 de l&#8217;Oli que es va consensuar amb el sector en diferents sessions de treball durant l&#8217;any passat, on es van establir una s\u00e8rie d&#8217;accions per impulsar-lo. Algunes de les accions ja han comen\u00e7at a desenvolupar-se i altres s&#8217;ha de continuar treballant entre tots els implicats per tal de posar-les en marxa.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriorment, es va explicar el projecte de mapatge de l\u2019Oleoturisme que \u00e9s una de les accions del Pla que ja s\u2019est\u00e0 realitzant i pret\u00e9n recollir que existeix en aquest moment a Catalunya i que es pot desenvolupar en un futur.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 es va explicar el projecte dels Premis als Millors Olis d\u2019Oliva Verges Extra de Catalunya. Es tracta d&#8217;una altra acci\u00f3 del Pla que ja est\u00e0 molt avan\u00e7ada, fins i tot s\u2019ha publicat l\u2019Ordre que la regula ORDRE ACC\/153\/2024, de 4 de juliol, per la qual es creen els Premis Millors Olis d&#8217;Oliva Verge Extra de Catalunya i se n&#8217;aproven les bases reguladores, DOGC 9200 de 9\/07\/2024, l\u2019objecte d\u2019aquesta \u00e9s recon\u00e8ixer la tasca dels productors d\u2019oli que l\u2019elaboren amb la m\u00e0xima qualitat i fomentar el coneixement del producte per part de la societat catalana.<\/p>\n<p>S&#8217;han\u00a0establert una s\u00e8rie de reconeixements als quals poden optar tots el tipus d&#8217;oli que es produeixen a Catalunya, tots basats en olis d&#8217;alta qualitat i amb categories que van des del tipus de fruitat, ecol\u00f2gics, monovarietals, recuperaci\u00f3 de varietats aut\u00f2ctones, millor maridatge, millor\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenGrammarError\">packaging<\/span>\u00a0i els deu que obtinguin una millor puntuaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><a style=\"color: #2795b6;\" href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/eca-masbove\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2295\/2024\/07\/Tast-olis-1_2-scaled.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-1861 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/eca-masbove\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2295\/2024\/07\/Tast-olis-1_2-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/eca-masbove\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2295\/2024\/07\/Tast-olis-1_2-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/eca-masbove\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2295\/2024\/07\/Tast-olis-1_2-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/eca-masbove\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2295\/2024\/07\/Tast-olis-1_2-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/eca-masbove\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2295\/2024\/07\/Tast-olis-1_2-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/eca-masbove\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2295\/2024\/07\/Tast-olis-1_2-2048x1536.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/eca-masbove\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu2295\/2024\/07\/Tast-olis-1_2-200x150.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Finalment,\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenGrammarError\">es<\/span>\u00a0va projectar un projecte\u00a0en el qual\u00a0ha treballat l&#8217;IRTA durant els \u00faltims\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenGreenError\">5<\/span>\u00a0anys sobre la millora del rendiment industrial de la varietat arbequina, sostenibilitat i nous reptes del sector ole\u00edcola que va resultar molt interessant i que va generar un debat molt participatiu.<\/p>\n<p>Per acabar els assistents van poder degustar cinc tastets de diferents elaboracions maridades amb els olis de les diferents\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenGrammarError\">DOPs<\/span>\u00a0Catalanes preparats pel xef Francesc Blanch de\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Deviteca<\/span>\u00a0Espai Gastron\u00f2mic.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El passat dia 11 de juliol vam acollir a la nostra escola la Jornada T\u00e8cnica ELS OLIS DE CATALUNYA, RESULTATS DE LA CAMPANYA 2023\/2024.
