L&#8217;objectiu \u00e9s <strong>promoure l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica com a eina de salut i benestar<\/strong>, i estendre els efectes beneficiosos d&#8217;aquesta pr\u00e0ctica enfront del sedentarisme, un dels principals factors de risc de mort als pa\u00efsos occidentals. El lema d&#8217;aquesta edici\u00f3 \u00e9s &#8220;<strong>Gaudeix la vida, posa&#8217;t en marxa<\/strong>&#8220;, us encoratgem a fer-lo extensiu i dur a terme accions individuals o col\u00b7lectives durant del 3 d&#8217;abril fins a 5 de maig 2023.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut (OMS)<\/a> recomana:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acumular un m\u00ednim de 150-300 minuts d&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica d&#8217;intensitat moderada a la setmana en persones adultes i gent gran<\/li>\n<li>Acumular un m\u00ednim de 60 minuts d&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica d&#8217;intensitat moderada-vigorosa cada dia en infants i adolescents<\/li>\n<li>Limitar el temps destinat a activitats sedent\u00e0ries, especialment el temps de pantalla durant el temps lliure, i substituir-lo per activitat f\u00edsica de qualsevol intensitat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/salutpublica.gencat.cat\/ca\/ambits\/promocio_salut\/suma-salut\/dies-mundials\/dia-mundial-activitat-fisica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
