En el decurs de les 10 sessions de qu\u00e8 consta la formaci\u00f3, els assistents coneixen tots els aspectes t\u00e8cnics que calen per entendre qu\u00e8 hi ha darrera una ampolla de vi. Des de la import\u00e0ncia dels s\u00f2ls i el clima, les diferents varietats de vinya, l\u2019estudi dels seus cicles o les caracter\u00edstiques del ra\u00efm fins als diferents processos d\u2019elaboraci\u00f3, que donen lloc a una gran varietat de vins diferents arreu del m\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>De la m\u00e0 de Laura Serrano L\u00f3pez, publicista, sommelier i creadora de <em>Los Vinos de Laura<\/em>, els assistents a la formaci\u00f3 descobreixen el proc\u00e9s d\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 de tot tipus de vins (blancs, brisats, rosats, negres, escumosos&#8230;) i aprenen a apreciar-ne tots els seus matisos organol\u00e8ptics, a partir d\u2019un tast guiat de m\u00e9s de 70 refer\u00e8ncies de vins de tot el m\u00f3n que culminar\u00e0 amb una visita a un celler de l\u2019Empord\u00e0.
