2021-2022, l\u2019Escola Agr\u00e0ria de l\u2019Empord\u00e0 organitzar\u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/eaemporda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1941\/2021\/10\/EA-Emporda-Tallers_Instituts-i-escoles-DEF.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">diversos tallers formatius<\/a> sobre la <strong>bioqu\u00edmica de la fruita<\/strong>, els <strong>additius alimentaris<\/strong> i el proc\u00e9s d\u2019<strong>elaboraci\u00f3 de productes alimentaris<\/strong>, amb l\u2019objectiu de donar a con\u00e8ixer el m\u00f3n dels aliments i la<strong> tecnologia aliment\u00e0ria<\/strong> a l\u2019alumnat dels instituts, majorit\u00e0riament estudiants de <strong>batxillerat<\/strong>, i a l&#8217;alumnat d&#8217;escoles de formaci\u00f3 professional, en especial als estudiants de <strong>CFGS<\/strong> i <strong>CFGM.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per una banda, al taller &#8216;Bioqu\u00edmica de la fruita&#8217;, l&#8217;alumnat podr\u00e0 aprendre l&#8217;<strong>an\u00e0lisi de la maduresa<\/strong> i l&#8217;<strong>estat bioqu\u00edmic d&#8217;una fruita<\/strong>, el <strong>proc\u00e9s de tractament<\/strong>, l&#8217;<strong>obtenci\u00f3 dels sucs de fruita<\/strong>, l&#8217;<strong>activitat enzim\u00e0tica<\/strong>, etc.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, al taller &#8216;Additius alimentaris&#8217;, s&#8217;estudiaran qu\u00e8 s\u00f3n i per a qu\u00e8 serveixen, quins s\u00f3n els principals additius alimentaris, els <strong>colorants alimentaris<\/strong>, les <strong>textures dels aliments<\/strong>, etc.<\/p>\n<p>I finalment, al taller &#8216;Elaboraci\u00f3 d&#8217;un producte alimentari&#8217;, s&#8217;ensenya el <strong>proc\u00e9s d\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 d\u2019un aliment<\/strong> i els mecanismes que hi intervenen i tamb\u00e9, s&#8217;inclou un<strong> tast dels productes elaborats<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/eaemporda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1941\/2021\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2021-09-20-at-15.09.41-1-e1634047482595.jpeg\"><img \/><\/a>Durada, horaris i materials <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aquestes formacions tenen una durada de<strong> 3 hores<\/strong> i combinen la<strong> part pr\u00e0ctica<\/strong> (2 hores) amb l\u2019<strong>exposici\u00f3 te\u00f2rica<\/strong> (1 hora) per part del professorat de l&#8217;Escola Agr\u00e0ria de l&#8217;Empord\u00e0, aix\u00ed com una part m\u00e9s divulgativa per tal de con\u00e8ixer l\u2019aliment amb el qual es treballa i les seves caracter\u00edstiques.<\/p>\n<p>Tots els tallers es realitzen al centre, <a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/eaemporda\/lescola\/https-www-google-es-maps-place-escolaagrariaemporda-41-97644642-998099815z-data4m23m11s0x00x657c0afe6730ef85ved2ahukewjpimigyb_eahxez1akhtyidcgq_biwcnoecauqca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">situat a Monells (Baix Empord\u00e0)<\/a>, on es disposa de la <strong>maquin\u00e0ria<\/strong> i les <strong>instal\u00b7lacions<\/strong> adequades per dur-los a terme.<\/p>\n<p>Assistir a la realitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquests tallers \u00e9s <strong>totalment gratu\u00eft<\/strong> i el centre s&#8217;encarrega d&#8217;organitzar tota l&#8217;activitat, crear el dossier amb els continguts te\u00f2rics i q\u00fcestions relacionades amb l&#8217;activitat pr\u00e0ctica, proporcionar la mat\u00e8ria primera i altres materials per realitzar les pr\u00e0ctiques, facilitar el material per garantir la seguretat aliment\u00e0ria (bata, pe\u00fccs, bata, etc.), donar acc\u00e9s a la maquin\u00e0ria i les instal\u00b7lacions de l&#8217;escola&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Visita a l\u2019Experi\u00e8ncia #APROP de Llet Nostra<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, amb la finalitat de complementar els tallers que es realitzen a l&#8217;Escola Agr\u00e0ria de l&#8217;Empord\u00e0 i aprofitar tot el dia a Monells, es pot realitzar l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/experienciaaprop.lletnostra.cat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Experi\u00e8ncia #APROP<\/strong><\/a> de <a href=\"https:\/\/lletnostra.cat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Llet Nostra<\/strong><\/a>. Es tracta d&#8217;una visita i un taller a la granja de l\u2019<strong>Estaci\u00f3 de Vacum de Monells (EVAM)<\/strong> de l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.irta.cat\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Institut de Recerca i Tecnologia Agroaliment\u00e0ries (IRTA)<\/strong><\/a> amb un recorregut comentat sobre la producci\u00f3 de la <strong>llet<\/strong> des del punt de vista dels diferents elements que hi formen part: el <strong>clima,<\/strong> el<strong> benestar animal<\/strong>, el <strong>compostatge,<\/strong> el <strong>paisatge,<\/strong> la <strong>sostenibilitat\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els instituts o escoles professionals interessades a fer algun d\u2019aquests tallers amb el seu alumnat, poden <a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/eaemporda\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1941\/2021\/10\/EA-Emporda-Tallers_Instituts-i-escoles-DEF.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">consultar el cat\u00e0leg de tallers<\/a> i es poden adre\u00e7ar a: <strong>Sergi Altarriba (sergi.altarriba@gencat.cat o 972630622)<\/strong>.
