{"id":9104,"date":"2021-05-17T19:47:38","date_gmt":"2021-05-17T17:47:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/demoinstitut\/?page_id=9104"},"modified":"2021-05-17T19:58:02","modified_gmt":"2021-05-17T17:58:02","slug":"consell-escolar","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/demoinstitut\/afa\/organitzacio-de-lafa\/consell-escolar\/","title":{"rendered":"CONSELL ESCOLAR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El\u00a0<strong>Consell Escolar<\/strong>\u00a0de Centre \u00e9s l&#8217;<strong>\u00f2rgan m\u00e0xim de govern de l&#8217;escola<\/strong>\u00a0on est\u00e0 representada tota la comunitat educativa del centre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Composici\u00f3 del Consell Escolar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u25a0\u00a0La directora, que n\u2019\u00e9s la presidenta..<br \/>\n\u25a0\u00a0El\/la cap d\u2019estudis.<br \/>\n\u25a0\u00a0Un regidor\/a o representant de l\u2019ajuntament del terme municipal en el qual hi ha el centre.<br \/>\n\u25a0\u00a06 mestres elegits pel claustre de professors\/es.<br \/>\n\u25a0\u00a06 representants de les fam\u00edlies elegits entre ells.<br \/>\n\u25a0\u00a0Un membre designat per l\u2019AFA.<br \/>\n\u25a0\u00a0Un representant del personal d\u2019administraci\u00f3 i serveis del centre.<br \/>\n\u25a0\u00a0El secretari\/a del centre, que actua de secretari\/a del consell escolar, amb veu i sense vot.<\/p>\n<p>En total 18 persones. Els centres d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 Infantil i Prim\u00e0ria no tenen representaci\u00f3 d&#8217;alumnes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Funcions del Consell Escolar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El Consell Escolar \u00e9s l&#8217;\u00f2rgan que\u00a0<strong>pren les decisions m\u00e9s importants de l&#8217;escola<\/strong>. Entre les seves funcions destaquen les seg\u00fcents:\u25a0\u00a0Elabora i aprova el Projecte Educatiu del Centre i el Reglament de R\u00e8gim Intern, documents b\u00e0sics en qu\u00e8 es recullen els objectius i el funcionament del Centre.<br \/>\n\u25a0\u00a0Valora i aprova el Pla Anual del Centre tot precisant els objectius i les activitats anuals de tots els sectors: mestres, pares i mares, comissions&#8230;<br \/>\n\u25a0\u00a0Valora i aprova la Mem\u00f2ria Anual del Centre en qu\u00e8 es recullen l&#8217;execuci\u00f3 el Pla Anual i les propostes de canvi.<br \/>\n\u25a0\u00a0Vetlla pel proc\u00e9s de matriculaci\u00f3 del Centre.<br \/>\n\u25a0\u00a0Aprova el pressupost de funcionament del Centre, fa el seguiment i aprova la seva liquidaci\u00f3.<br \/>\n\u25a0\u00a0Escull el director\/a del Centre.<br \/>\n\u25a0\u00a0Debat qualsevol q\u00fcesti\u00f3 d&#8217;inter\u00e8s proposada des de qualsevol sector en relaci\u00f3 al funcionament de l&#8217;escola.<\/p>\n<p>El Consell Escolar\u00a0<strong>es reuneix almenys dues vegades per trimestre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eleccions al Consell Escolar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els membres del Consell Escolar<strong>\u00a0es renoven cada quatre anys<\/strong>. Cada dos, per\u00f2, es renova la meitat dels membres representants elegits dels sectors de mestres i pares i mares d&#8217;alumnes. El proc\u00e9s electoral t\u00e9 les caracter\u00edstiques seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<p>\u25a0\u00a0El director\/a del centre convoca eleccions quinze dies abans de la data d&#8217;elecci\u00f3 a cada sector. L\u2019equip directiu del centre organitzar\u00e0 accions d\u2019informaci\u00f3 i difusi\u00f3 per impulsar i fomentar la participaci\u00f3 dels diferents sectors de la comunitat educativa.<br \/>\n\u25a0\u00a0Es fan p\u00fablics al tauler d&#8217;anuncis els censos electorals de cada sector.<br \/>\n\u25a0\u00a0La relaci\u00f3 de candidats\/es es fa p\u00fablica amb tres dies d&#8217;antelaci\u00f3 a la votaci\u00f3.<br \/>\n\u25a0\u00a0Es constitueixen meses electorals de cada sector, els membres de les quals s&#8217;escullen per sorteig, i s&#8217;encarreguen d&#8217;organitzar la votaci\u00f3, fer l&#8217;escrutini i resoldre els dubtes i les reclamacions que sorgeixin.<br \/>\n\u25a0\u00a0Les votacions s\u00f3n personals, directes i secretes.<br \/>\n\u25a0\u00a0Si es produeix una vacant en el consell escolar, s\u2019ha d\u2019ocupar pel procediment que estableixi el reglament de r\u00e8gim interior del centre. Si el reglament no preveu aquesta circumst\u00e0ncia, l\u2019ha d\u2019ocupar el seg\u00fcent candidat m\u00e9s votat en les darreres eleccions. El nou membre s\u2019ha de nomenar per al temps que restava de mandat a la persona que ha causat la vacant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Guia pr\u00e0ctica dels Consells Escolars<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De les funcions pr\u00f2pies de les fam\u00edlies al Consell Escolar, des de l&#8217;AMPA volem destacar la import\u00e0ncia del paper de representaci\u00f3 de tots els pares i mares de l&#8217;escola en un doble sentit. D&#8217;una banda considerem que es tracta d&#8217;una figura clau per tal de recollir les preocupacions i demandes de les fam\u00edlies, a trav\u00e9s dels\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.escolaelsagrer.cat\/ampa\/index\/continguts\/con_codigo\/37\">delegats de classe<\/a>, i fer-les arribar al Consell Escolar.
