Dins aquest Servei cal confeccionar un horari diferent per cadascun dels alumnes. Un horari que \u00e9s viu, que peri\u00f2dicament va canviant, b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 els nois finalitzen una \u00e0rea i en comencen una altra, b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 el servei \u00e9s obert a alumnes nous que puguin arribar, fet que obliga a retocar els horaris d\u2019alumnes que ja hi eren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Verdana;\">Aix\u00ed doncs, hem confeccionat tres plantilles diferents:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Verdana;\">La primera\u00a0t\u00e9 tantes columnes com alumnes, i cada columna sis files, que \u00e9s el m\u00e0xim d\u2019\u00e0rees o classes que fa cadascun d\u2019ells.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/credv\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1287\/2020\/02\/professional-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9482\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/credv\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1287\/2020\/02\/professional-1-1024x659.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"766\" height=\"493\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/credv\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1287\/2020\/02\/professional-1-1024x659.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/credv\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1287\/2020\/02\/professional-1-300x193.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/credv\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1287\/2020\/02\/professional-1-768x494.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 766px) 100vw, 766px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Verdana;\">En canvi, la segona plantilla\u00a0t\u00e9 tantes columnes com \u00e0rees s\u2019imparteixen al SEC, i cada columna tantes files com hores o classes t\u00e9 disponibles el professional responsable de l\u2019\u00e0rea per atendre alumnes individualment o en petit grup.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/credv\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1287\/2020\/02\/\u00e0rees.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9484\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/credv\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1287\/2020\/02\/\u00e0rees-1024x490.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"761\" height=\"364\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/credv\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1287\/2020\/02\/\u00e0rees-1024x490.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/credv\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1287\/2020\/02\/\u00e0rees-300x144.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/credv\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1287\/2020\/02\/\u00e0rees-768x367.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 761px) 100vw, 761px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Verdana;\">A les dues plantilles, les caselles tenen velcro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Verdana;\">Tanmateix, per col\u00b7locar-los a la primera plantilla, s\u2019han fet petits cartronets amb els noms de les \u00e0rees per anar posant a cada columna les \u00e0rees que fa cada alumne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Verdana;\">Guardats en un sobre, tamb\u00e9 s\u2019han fet petits cartronets amb els noms dels alumnes per col\u00b7locar-los a les columnes de la segona plantilla. D\u2019aquesta manera, el professional de cada \u00e0rea pot visualitzar quin alumne ha d\u2019atendre a cada hora de la jornada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Verdana;\">Una tercera plantilla individual\u00a0per a cada alumne, tamb\u00e9 amb velcro a les caselles, facilita omplir el seu horari, enganxant l\u2019\u00e0rea que han de fer en cada franja.
