Llicenciada en Ci\u00e8ncies de l\u2019Educaci\u00f3 per la UB, pedagoga, escriptora i conferenciant. Directora del Postgrau en Educaci\u00f3 Emocional de la UManresa. Pionera i promotora de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 emocional en els \u00e0mbits familiar i escolar a Catalunya i en altres Comunitats. Col\u00b7laboradora del suplement educatiu Criatures del Diari Ara, a m\u00e9s de diversos altres mitjans de comunicaci\u00f3.
