Aquesta assignatura \u00e9s una eina fonamental per adaptar-se amb \u00e8xit a les noves exig\u00e8ncies de la secund\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<p>Al llarg de les sessions, els alumnes aprenen t\u00e8cniques com fer resums i esquemes, organitzar el temps d\u2019estudi, preparar-se per als ex\u00e0mens i millorar la comprensi\u00f3 lectora. Tamb\u00e9 treballen com mantenir la concentraci\u00f3, gestionar els nervis i tenir una actitud positiva davant l\u2019aprenentatge.<\/p>\n<p>Amb el <strong>M\u00e8tode d\u2019estudi<\/strong>, no nom\u00e9s es busca millorar els resultats acad\u00e8mics, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 fomentar l\u2019autonomia i la responsabilitat personal.
