{"id":4492,"date":"2022-03-08T20:04:11","date_gmt":"2022-03-08T19:04:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/cfavictorinavila\/?p=4492"},"modified":"2022-03-08T20:04:11","modified_gmt":"2022-03-08T19:04:11","slug":"drets-per-a-totes-cada-dia-la-lluita-continua-8m","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/cfavictorinavila\/general\/drets-per-a-totes-cada-dia-la-lluita-continua-8m\/","title":{"rendered":"Drets per a totes, cada dia; la lluita continua!    #8m"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El 8 de mar\u00e7 de 1908, un succ\u00e9s transcendental va marcar la hist\u00f2ria del treball i la lluita sindical al m\u00f3n sencer: 129 dones van morir en un incendi a la f\u00e0brica Cotton de Nova York, als Estats Units, despr\u00e9s que es declaressin en vaga permanent al seu lloc de treball.<\/p>\n<p>Des de 1908, que sortim als carrers per exigir els nostres drets i continuem lluitant contra la desigualtat de g\u00e8nere, perqu\u00e8 encara cal seguir denunciant la viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere, la desigualtat laboral i salarial, les difer\u00e8ncies de rols en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit familiar, la manca d&#8217;oportunitats per a les dones en tants sectors i els drets sexuals de totes.<\/p>\n<p>Per tot aix\u00f2, exigim, com cada dia i avui m\u00e9s que mai:<\/p>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h6>La millora de protocols en cas d&#8217;ab\u00fas sexual<\/h6>\n<p>Volem lleis que actu\u00efn de manera r\u00e0pida i efica\u00e7. Els maltractaments i la viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere afecten una de cada quatre dones al m\u00f3n; el 2021 van desapar\u00e8ixer 16 dones adultes, nenes o adolescents cada dia; les v\u00edctimes denuncien els seus maltractadors i les sent\u00e8ncies malauradament arriben massa tard.<\/p>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h6>La igualtat de la dona en el m\u00f3n laboral<\/h6>\n<p>Volem una llei d&#8217;igualtat Salarial que permeti l\u2019acc\u00e9s a qualsevol lloc de treball sense discriminaci\u00f3 per raons de g\u00e8nere. El 58% de les persones en situaci\u00f3 de vulnerabilitat laboral s\u00f3n dones.<br \/>\nLes dones guanyen un 20% menys que els homes. El 64% de les persones treballadores amb baixos salaris s\u00f3n dones.<\/p>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h6>L&#8217;enfortiment dels serveis p\u00fablics i l&#8217;impuls d&#8217;un model educatiu igualitari<\/h6>\n<p>Es necessita la regularitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;una educaci\u00f3 on no existeixi cap divisi\u00f3 entre el que s&#8217;espera d&#8217;homes i dones d&#8217;acord amb els estereotips de g\u00e8nere que avui existeixen en la societat.<\/p>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h6>La conciliaci\u00f3 laboral i familiar<\/h6>\n<p>Volem lleis que regulin els horaris laborals. Els horaris laborals flexibles i racionals afavoreixen la igualtat i la conciliaci\u00f3. Cal exigir jornades que no s\u2019allarguin m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de mitja tarda.
