Aquest taller no nom\u00e9s va ser una experi\u00e8ncia culin\u00e0ria, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 va ser una manera d&#8217;aprofundir en l&#8217;apassionant m\u00f3n de la qu\u00edmica dels aliments, un dels temes que estem explorant a l&#8217;assignatura de f\u00edsica i qu\u00edmica i que tant essencial \u00e9s en el nostre dia a dia.<\/p>\n<p>La qu\u00edmica dels aliments \u00e9s un camp fascinant que ens permet entendre les subst\u00e0ncies qu\u00edmiques que componen els nostres aliments. Estudiem com la seva composici\u00f3 original, els ingredients afegits i els processos de preparaci\u00f3 influeixen en el sabor, la textura i la nutrici\u00f3 dels plats que preparem. En el nostre taller, vam posar especial \u00e8mfasi en l&#8217;\u00fas de productes de temporada, que no nom\u00e9s s\u00f3n m\u00e9s saborosos, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n m\u00e9s sostenibles, m\u00e9s econ\u00f2mics, i m\u00e9s beneficiosos per a la salut.<\/p>\n<p>Amb cada cullerada de la nostra crema de carbass\u00f3, no nom\u00e9s vam gaudir d&#8217;un plat delici\u00f3s, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 vam celebrar altres maneres d&#8217;aprendre dels uns als altres.
