  1. \u00a0Si escau, relaci\u00f3 de la documentaci\u00f3 que es presenta a la comissi\u00f3 avaluadora, d’acord amb el model disponible al web del Departament d’Ensenyament;<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. \u00a0Si escau, curr\u00edculum formatiu, professional i d’experi\u00e8ncia i documentaci\u00f3 justificativa, d’acord amb l’establert a l’annex 5;<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. \u00a0Si escau, resoluci\u00f3 que atorga l’exempci\u00f3 parcial de la prova d’acc\u00e9s;<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. \u00a0Si escau, sol\u00b7licitud d’exempci\u00f3 parcial o total, en cas que no s’hagi presentat anteriorment i que el lloc de presentaci\u00f3 sigui el centre seu de la comissi\u00f3 avaluadora, d’acord amb el que es preveu als apartats 11.3.2 d’aquest annex.<\/span><\/li>\n
