Pensar que la por ens fa ser prudents:<\/strong> <em>&#8220;la por ens ajuda a confinar-nos per protegir-nos a nosaltres i a les nostres fam\u00edlies&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Recordar per qu\u00e8 ho fem:<\/strong> <em>&#8220;ho fem no nom\u00e9s per nosaltres, sin\u00f3 per ajudar els sanitaris, els transportistes, les persones que treballen als supermercats o als cossos de seguretat&#8221;.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Saber que aix\u00f2 ha passat abans:<\/strong> s&#8217;han hagut de fer confinaments per v\u00e8ncer d&#8217;altres malalties com l&#8217;\u00e8bola, aix\u00ed que <em>&#8220;si gestionem la por i ens adaptem a aquesta situaci\u00f3 d&#8217;estr\u00e8s sostingut, no tindrem problemes posteriors&#8221;<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Planificar el confinament i establir rutines:<\/strong> <em>&#8220;queixar-nos \u00e9s una de les coses que ens allunya del benestar psicol\u00f2gic i de la felicitat&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Mantenir-nos actius:<\/strong> <em>&#8220;cuineu, feu neteja, doneu ales a la creativitat. L&#8217;acci\u00f3 ens ajuda&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Esborrar els pensaments negatius:<\/strong> <em>&#8220;ajuda molt pensar que res \u00e9s per sempre&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Contactar amb les sensacions corporals:<\/strong> <em>&#8220;si est\u00e0s encaparrat, surt al balc\u00f3, aixeca el cap i deixa que el Sol et toqui, fins i tot el vent o el fred&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Actuar com sempre:<\/strong> <em>&#8220;si no es pot practicar esport com a via de relax, cal buscar alternatives a l&#8217;abast&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>9. No descuidar la cura d&#8217;un mateix:<\/strong> <em>&#8220;si no ets amable amb tu mateix, no podr\u00e0s ajudar el teu familiar &#8220;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>10. Si vius una situaci\u00f3 de maltractament surt de casa i demana ajuda:<\/strong> si est\u00e0s en una situaci\u00f3 de risc per maltractament, pots trucar <strong>al tel\u00e8fon d&#8217;emerg\u00e8ncies 112<\/strong>, o al tel\u00e8fon 016 d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 a les v\u00edctimes de maltractament.
