L\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 mediterr\u00e0nia respon al model d\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 que necessitem, i per aix\u00f2 ha estat cient\u00edficament reconeguda com a una de les maneres d\u2019alimentar-se m\u00e9s saludables del m\u00f3n. Les fruites i les verdures formen part dels aliments necessaris per una dieta sana i equilibrada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/cfasalvadordali\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu363\/2018\/05\/DIETA.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-825 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/cfasalvadordali\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu363\/2018\/05\/DIETA.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"138\" height=\"117\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tal i com informa el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gencat.net\/temes\/cat\/salut.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Departament de Salut de la Generalitat de Catalunya<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"cuerpo\">Les fruites ens aporten aigua, sucres, vitamines com la C i els carotens; minerals com el potassi i el seleni, i fibra. Es recomana consumir un m\u00ednim de 3 peces de fruites al dia, preferentment fresques. Els sucs aporten vitamines i minerals, per\u00f2 els manquen la major part de la fibra que aporta la fruita sencera.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cuerpo\">Les verdures i hortalisses s\u00f3n una font important de vitamines, minerals, fibra i antioxidants, i per tant \u00e9s recomanable consumir-les di\u00e0riament. Lo millor \u00e9s consumir-les crues, soles o en amanida, i aix\u00ed preservem al m\u00e0xim les seves vitamines i minerals. Cuinar-les al forn o a la planxa s\u00f3n tamb\u00e9 una molt bona opci\u00f3. En cas que es bullin, es recomana aprofitar l\u2019aigua per a sopes o pur\u00e9s, perqu\u00e8 hi queden molts dels minerals en l\u2019aigua de cocci\u00f3. Si es couen al vapor mantenen la majoria de nutrients.
