A priori, la recepta \u00e9s senzilla: nom\u00e9s cal embolcallar el peix, tallat a bastonets, amb alga nori i arr\u00f2s, i servir-lo. L&#8217;important \u00e9s que tots els ingreidents siguin de la m\u00e0xima qualitat i, \u00e9s clar, ens caldr\u00e0 una mica de pr\u00e0ctica per aconseguir que els rotlles quedin perfectes. Nosaltres hem optat per una versi\u00f3 vegetariana, amb mango, cogombre, pastanaga&#8230; i un altre amb surimi (palets de cranc). Ensa ha sortit molt b\u00e9!
