{"id":3632,"date":"2025-11-17T11:58:25","date_gmt":"2025-11-17T10:58:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/cfacervera\/?p=3632"},"modified":"2025-11-17T12:01:42","modified_gmt":"2025-11-17T11:01:42","slug":"visita-a-les-installacions-esportives-municipals","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/cfacervera\/general\/visita-a-les-installacions-esportives-municipals\/","title":{"rendered":"Visita a les instal\u00b7lacions esportives municipals de Guissona"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Aquest mat\u00ed, l&#8217;alumnat de&nbsp;<strong>Formaci\u00f3 Instrumental 2<\/strong>&nbsp;hem tingut l\u2019oportunitat de gaudir d\u2019una sortida molt especial a les&nbsp;<strong>instal\u00b7lacions esportives municipals<\/strong>, una visita que ens ha perm\u00e8s descobrir de primera m\u00e0 tot el que aquest espai ofereix a la ciutadania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En arribar, hem estat rebuts pel personal del centre, que ens ha fet una&nbsp;<strong>visita guiada<\/strong>&nbsp;pels diferents espais. Hem pogut con\u00e8ixer la pista poliesportiva, les sales on es duen a terme activitats dirigides, el gimn\u00e0s i altres zones habilitades per a la pr\u00e0ctica esportiva. A mesura que avan\u00e7\u00e0vem, ens han anat explicant&nbsp;<strong>les activitats que s\u2019hi poden realitzar<\/strong>: des d\u2019entrenaments i classes de gimn\u00e0stica fins a esports d\u2019equip i espais pensats per millorar la salut i el benestar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despr\u00e9s de la visita informativa, hem disposat d\u2019una estona de&nbsp;<strong>temps lliure per jugar i moure\u2019ns<\/strong>.
