Si est\u00e0 en situaci\u00f3 d&#8217;acolliment en fam\u00edlia o instituci\u00f3, la resoluci\u00f3 d&#8217;acolliment del Departament de Treball, Afers Socials i Fam\u00edlies.<\/li>\n<li>Una c\u00f2pia del DNI de la persona sol\u00b7licitant (pare, mare, tutor\/a o guardador\/a de fet) o si la persona sol\u00b7licitant \u00e9s estrangera, de la targeta de resid\u00e8ncia on consta el NIE o del passaport.
