Cal presentar-se amb un pseud\u00f2nim.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participaci\u00f3 individual o en parelles.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Inscripci\u00f3 pr\u00e8via i entrega<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inscripci\u00f3: Es realitza a consergeria indicant el nom complet, el pseud\u00f2nim i el nom del past\u00eds fins al dia 22 d\u2019abril.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entrega: els pastissos s\u2019entreguen el mateix dia 23 d\u2019abril a la Biblioteca del centre, <\/span><b>abans de les 11h (torn de mat\u00ed) i abans de les 17h (torn de tarda).<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Presentaci\u00f3 dels pastissos<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els pastissos que es presentin han de complir els seg\u00fcents requisits:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elaboraci\u00f3 artesanal: no s\u2019admeten productes precuinats o comprats.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Que no requereixin nevera per a ser conservats.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cada participant ha d\u2019adjuntar una targeta amb el pseud\u00f2nim, el nom del past\u00eds i la llista d\u2019ingredients (important per al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Valoraci\u00f3:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El jurat estar\u00e0 format per professorat i la sra Neus Cardona, pastissera professional. Es valorar\u00e0:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sabor i textura<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Presentaci\u00f3 i decoraci\u00f3<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Originalitat i creativitat<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Premi:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El premi \u00e9s un <\/span><b>val d\u2019Abacus.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Degustaci\u00f3:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El concurs de pastissos es celebrar\u00e0 el 23 d\u2019abril a les 12.30h al mat\u00ed i a les 17.30 h hores a la tarda a la Biblioteca del centre.
