Ha de tenir com a referent el Pla d\u2019educaci\u00f3 digital de Catalunya (PEDC), on s\u2019indica la necessitat d\u2019assolir la fita d\u2019una societat digitalment competent, fent \u00e8mfasi en l\u2019equitat i tenint en compte l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 del context social i tecnol\u00f2gic.<br \/>\nL&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia digital de centre t\u00e9 dues parts diferenciades: ESTRAT\u00c8GIA (Diagnosi \/ Objectius \/ Planificaci\u00f3 \/ Seguiment) I CULTURA (conjunt de documents que reflecteixen l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 del centre en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit digital)<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Estrat\u00e8gia digital<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li><strong>Diagnosi<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Es va portar a terme la diagnosi a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019eina Selfie , la qual van respondre el 100% de l\u2019equip directiu, 8 docents d\u2019un total de 9 i un 66% de l\u2019alumnat.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2843\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/cfabertrana\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu111\/2023\/04\/diagnosi-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"717\" height=\"132\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/cfabertrana\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu111\/2023\/04\/diagnosi-1.png 717w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/cfabertrana\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu111\/2023\/04\/diagnosi-1-300x55.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 717px) 100vw, 717px\" \/><br \/>\nUna vegada s\u2019havien obtingut aquestes dades, la Comissi\u00f3 va fer una valoraci\u00f3 de les mateixes per poder establir objectius realistes, assumibles i efica\u00e7os.<\/p>\n<p>La diagnosi a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019eina Selfie va donar com a resultats uns punts forts i uns punts febles del centre.<br \/>\nCom a punt fort es va trobar que el centre disposa d\u2019una gran adaptabilitat i modularitat. Contr\u00e0riament, el centre va detectar com a aspectes de millora l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 digital de l\u2019alumnat i la millora de la p\u00e0gina web per fer-la m\u00e9s entenedora en diferents idiomes.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li><strong>Objectius<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>1- Planificar l\u2019ensenyament de la compet\u00e8ncia digital de l\u2019alumnat per millorar-ne l\u2019assoliment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">1.1. Crear un pla de formaci\u00f3 de centre per millorar la compet\u00e8ncia digital docent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">1.2. Fomentar l&#8217;\u00fas dels EVA per millorar l&#8217;aprenentatge.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">1.3. Crear un mecanisme d&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 de la compet\u00e8ncia digital de l&#8217;alumnat per mesurar-ne l&#8217;assoliment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">1.4. Exposar diferents maneres de fer el feedback digital utilitzant l&#8217;EVA, fent un recull de qu\u00e8 es fa i fer propostes de millora.<\/p>\n<p>2- Millorar l&#8217;accessibilitat i seguretat de la informaci\u00f3 dels docents per afavorir l&#8217;aprenentatge compartit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">2.1. Crear un procediment per la creaci\u00f3, actualitzaci\u00f3 i manteniment de les unitats compartides.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">2.2. L\u00ednia digital de centre a la documentaci\u00f3 (NOFC, PEC, PdD, etc).<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">2.3. Crear un espai web d&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia digital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">2.4. Sistematitzar la gesti\u00f3 de Classroom i usuaris.<\/p>\n<p>3- Elaborar un pla de comunicaci\u00f3 per donar a con\u00e8ixer les activitats del centre i establir una comunicaci\u00f3 amb l\u2019entorn.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">3.1. Decidir canals de comunicaci\u00f3 i agents.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">3.2. Planificar moments i contingut de la comunicaci\u00f3 interna.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">3.3. Planificar moments i contingut de la comunicaci\u00f3 externa.<\/p>\n<p>4- Crear l&#8217;acollida digital per facilitar la inclusi\u00f3 dels nous membres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">4.1. Acollida digital de l&#8217;alumnat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">4.2. Acollida digital de docents.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">4.3. Acollida digital de les fam\u00edlies i tutors legals.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li><strong>Planificaci\u00f3 i seguiment<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cada activitat disposa d\u2019una fitxa explicativa, amb temporitzaci\u00f3, responsable i els indicadors amb el criteri d\u2019\u00e8xit.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li><strong>Avaluaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La Comissi\u00f3 digital, durant la seva reuni\u00f3 de preparaci\u00f3 de cada curs, tindr\u00e0 com a punt per ser tractat l\u2019actualitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019EDC pel que fa a:<br \/>\nRevisi\u00f3 dels objectius i activitats associades.<br \/>\nRevisi\u00f3 dels objectius ja programats. Revisi\u00f3, modificaci\u00f3 quan s\u2019escaigui o tancament.<br \/>\nRevisi\u00f3 de l\u2019apartat de cultura digital.
