Creiem que <strong>la formaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua al llarg de la vida<\/strong> \u00e9s essencial per a la societat, i ara m\u00e9s que mai. D&#8217;aquesta crisi ens en sortirem, i en volem sortir refor\u00e7ats. Per una banda, el professorat estem utilitzant <strong>totes les eines tecnol\u00f2giques<\/strong> que tenim a l&#8217;abast per realitzar la millor pr\u00e0ctica docent possible: proposem activitats a trav\u00e9s de la nostra plataforma Moodle o del correu electr\u00f2nic; utilitzem Duolingo per oferir exercicis amens i que ajudin a fer el confinament m\u00e9s entretingut; Ens seguim formant i fem recerca per buscar noves maneres de treballar; i, sobretot, no volem renunciar al m\u00e9s important de la nostra feina, que s\u00f3n <strong>les persones<\/strong>, aix\u00ed que utilitzem el Meet per fer videoclasses amb els alumnes. Sense aquest contacte, sense veure&#8217;ns les cares com a m\u00ednim un cop a la setmana, fer de professor\/a no seria el mateix.<\/p>\n<p>Per la seva banda, l&#8217;alumnat ha demostrat que t\u00e9 <strong>ganes d&#8217;aprendre<\/strong> malgrat les dificultats. Ha hagut d&#8217;adaptar-se de cop a una nova manera de formar-se, d&#8217;adquirir de la nit al dia un munt d&#8217;<strong>habilitats digitals<\/strong>, per\u00f2 \u00e9s admirable veure que no s&#8217;ha desanimat, sin\u00f3 que s&#8217;han superat a elles mateixes i han fet possible que les classes poguessin continuar.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 hem de dir, per\u00f2, que hi ha alumnes que no han pogut seguir aquesta modalitat de formaci\u00f3. Creiem en una <strong>educaci\u00f3 igualit\u00e0ria<\/strong>, i ens dol.
