El lema d\u2019enguany \u00e9s: \u201c\u00c9s temps de moure\u2019s\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El CFA Balaguer el celebrarem el divendres 23 de maig amb l&#8217;activitat en el medi natural<\/strong>. Els beneficis de l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica en l\u2019alumnat estan relacionats amb la millora de la mem\u00f2ria, de la capacitat d\u2019aprenentatge i del rendiment escolar, alhora que contribueixen a un bon descans, afavoreixen les relacions socials i promouen valors positius.<\/p>\n<p>El nostre objectiu \u00e9s difondre la import\u00e0ncia de mantenir una vida activa per promoure la salut i el benestar, aix\u00ed com per prevenir i controlar les malalties. Us animem a participar-hi!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Com pots sumar-te al DMAF si no pots venir a la sortida del dia 23?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Et proposem diverses idees per incorporar l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica en diferents entorns. Participa-hi i anima la teva comunitat tamb\u00e9 a fer-ho!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Al centre:<\/strong> Promou les pauses actives entre classes, patis actius, inclusius i sostenibles, jocs populars i tradicionals, competicions esportives entre cursos, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Al carrer, a les places, als parcs:<\/strong> Apunta\u2019t a sessions d\u2019exercici als parcs, prova la marxa n\u00f2rdica o el ioga, o utilitza els circuits saludables.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Als equipaments esportius:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Participa en <em>masterclasses<\/em>, activitats dirigides, competicions o reptes col\u00b7lectius.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A la feina:<\/strong>\u00a0Fes pauses actives, utilitza les escales per als reptes d\u2019AF, organitza gimcanes o activitats per equips.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A casa:\u00a0<\/strong>Realitza exercicis de for\u00e7a i estiraments, balla, practica ioga o inclou tasques dom\u00e8stiques actives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Al medi natural:<\/strong>\u00a0Gaudeix de la natura amb activitats com marxa n\u00f2rdica, caminades, sessions d\u2019exercici a l\u2019aire lliure, ciclisme o nataci\u00f3. Recorda sempre que cal respectar i tenir cura dels entorns naturals.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Participa i difon el DMAF<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Fes-lo visible:\u00a0<\/strong>Comparteix les teves activitats a les xarxes socials amb les etiquetes #DMAF202X i #SumaSalut. Tamb\u00e9 pots afegir la imatge del DMAF a la teva signatura de correu electr\u00f2nic.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Registra la teva activitat f\u00edsica:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Organitza una activitat, calcula el temps o la dist\u00e0ncia acumulada i registra-ho al web del DMAF per sumar minuts d\u2019activitat f\u00edsica!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recomanacions de l\u2019OMS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seguint les guies de l\u2019OMS, es recomana:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Per a adults i gent gran.
