{"id":1352,"date":"2020-07-02T00:48:30","date_gmt":"2020-07-01T22:48:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/cfabalaguer\/?p=1352"},"modified":"2020-07-02T17:36:01","modified_gmt":"2020-07-02T15:36:01","slug":"obrirem-el-proper-curs-amb-classes-presencials-i-maxima-seguretat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/cfabalaguer\/general\/obrirem-el-proper-curs-amb-classes-presencials-i-maxima-seguretat\/","title":{"rendered":"Obrirem el proper curs amb classes presencials i m\u00e0xima seguretat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El departament d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 va publicar dimarts passat les Instruccions per al proper curs 2020-2021 i durant aquest mes el centre publicar\u00e0 un Pla d&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 b\u00e0sic i provisional que contemplar\u00e0 els espais del centre que es podran utilitzar aix\u00ec com el desenvolupament de les classes.La principal prioritat \u00e9s tornar a obrir amb les classes presencials i la m\u00e0xima seguretat per a l\u2019alumnat, professorat i personal administratiu; tot i que pot haver-hi excepcions al llarg del curs i en alguns moments es poden plantejar torns, dies alterns o ensenyament h\u00edbrid. Aquesta decisi\u00f3 la plantejarem si la situaci\u00f3 dicta aquesta excepcionalitat.<\/p>\n<p>El Govern far\u00e0 una inversi\u00f3 extraordin\u00e0ria en el pressupost d\u2019Educaci\u00f3, i tot i que no s&#8217;invertir\u00e0 massa en l&#8217;ensenyament d&#8217;adults, esperem entrar en el Pla d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 Digital de Catalunya\u00a0(que ha de servir per a\u00a0la transformaci\u00f3 digital de l\u2019escola catalana).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019activitat docent presencial constitueix l\u2019opci\u00f3 m\u00e9s desitjable i, per aix\u00f2, tindr\u00e0 un car\u00e0cter prioritari en tots aquells contextos on sigui possible. No obstant aix\u00f2, la doc\u00e8ncia virtual tamb\u00e9 es considera un complement en l\u2019educaci\u00f3 postobligat\u00f2ria. Durant els darrers mesos, ens hem anat adaptant a la doc\u00e8ncia virtual i han sorgit moltes iniciatives que han anat enriquint les propostes educatives.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s important destacar, tamb\u00e9, que ha sorgit un treball col\u00b7laboratiu entre docents que cal mantenir. En primer lloc, per la riquesa que aporta al sistema educatiu i, en segon, perqu\u00e8 incrementa la seva capacitat de resposta. Les iniciatives solid\u00e0ries entre el centre i el professorat han estat nombroses.\u00a0Un valor que s\u2019ha de cuidar i potenciar.<\/p>\n<p>El Pla d&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 b\u00e0sic del CFA Balaguer es regir\u00e0 pels seg\u00fcents criteris:<\/p>\n<p>1. Impulsarem una <strong>acci\u00f3 educativa de qualitat i equitat<\/strong>. Els centres educatius desenvolupem un important paper compensador de les desigualtats. En aquest sentit, caldr\u00e0 establir les <strong>estrat\u00e8gies educatives<\/strong> generals per a tot alumnat i, en particular, per a <strong>l\u2019alumnat m\u00e9s vulnerable<\/strong> que ha patit la desconnexi\u00f3 del sistema educatiu<br \/>\ndurant la pand\u00e8mia.<\/p>\n<p>2. Buscarem <strong>f\u00f3rmules organitzatives durant tot el curs 2020-2021<\/strong>, que garanteixin la <strong>m\u00e0xima presencialitat<\/strong> de tot l\u2019alumnat.<\/p>\n<p>3. L\u2019evoluci\u00f3 actual de la pand\u00e8mia fa preveure un escenari d\u2019<strong>inici de curs al setembre d\u2019una certa normalitat<\/strong> pel que fa als aspectes organitzatius. Per tant, la planificaci\u00f3 general dels grups d\u2019alumnes s\u2019ajustar\u00e0 als criteris habituals d\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 del centre. Aix\u00f2 no obstant, com els <strong>agrupaments<\/strong> d\u2019alumnes s\u00f3n <strong>estables<\/strong>, establirem la tra\u00e7abilitat en cas de contagi.<\/p>\n<p>4.\u00a0 Per tal de treballar d\u2019una manera <strong>preventiva<\/strong> i poder canviar d\u2019escenari amb una certa immediatesa, el <strong>Pla<\/strong> tamb\u00e9 <strong>considerar\u00e0<\/strong>, en el cas de produir-se un brot del virus localitzat en algun moment del curs, <strong>hipot\u00e8tics escenaris de virtualitat<\/strong> d\u2019una part del temps lectiu, o de tot, en algun agrupament d\u2019alumnes o en tot el centre. En aquest sentit, es tindran en consideraci\u00f3 tots els estudis efectuats pels Serveis Territorials, la inspecci\u00f3 i la Paeria de Balaguer en la <strong>recerca de nous espais<\/strong> en el municipi.<\/p>\n<p>5. Quan no sigui possible garantir la presencialitat de tot l\u2019alumnat del centre, estudiarem la possibilitat de plantejar, de manera excepcional, <strong>models h\u00edbrids d\u2019aprenentatge<\/strong>. En aquests casos, el percentatge de presencialitat no podr\u00e0 ser inferior al cinquanta per cent i es podran contemplar diverses opcions: franges hor\u00e0ries redu\u00efdes o dies alterns. En cap cas, la suma del treball presencial i telem\u00e0tic no superar\u00e0 la dedicaci\u00f3 lectiva dels alumnes.<\/p>\n<p>A partir d&#8217;ara comencem a planificar el curs
