{"id":4705,"date":"2026-03-06T13:13:45","date_gmt":"2026-03-06T12:13:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/cfaarturmartorell\/?p=4705"},"modified":"2026-04-13T13:17:12","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T11:17:12","slug":"2a-tertulia-dialogica-del-professorat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/cfaarturmartorell\/general\/2a-tertulia-dialogica-del-professorat\/","title":{"rendered":"2a TERT\u00daLIA DIAL\u00d2GICA DEL PROFESSORAT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Avui 6 de mar\u00e7 hem realitzat la segona tert\u00falia dial\u00f2gica del professorat a l\u2019escola.<\/p>\n<p>Aquest cop es van compartir i contrastar idees a partir de dos fragments centrats en l\u2019aprenentatge i el paper de la tecnologia en l\u2019educaci\u00f3. Aquest espai de di\u00e0leg va permetre anar m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la lectura individual per construir significats de manera col\u00b7lectiva, posant en valor la import\u00e0ncia de la interacci\u00f3 i la reflexi\u00f3 cr\u00edtica.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019una banda, es va destacar la visi\u00f3 de l\u2019aprenentatge com un proc\u00e9s actiu i comprom\u00e8s, inspirat en el pensament de Paulo Freire. Segons aquesta perspectiva, estudiar no consisteix a acumular informaci\u00f3, sin\u00f3 a implicar-se en la mateixa formaci\u00f3, acceptant les dificultats com a part del cam\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019altra banda, el segon fragment va generar debat entorn del paper de la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia artificial en l\u2019educaci\u00f3, especialment amb eines com ChatGPT. Es va recon\u00e8ixer el potencial d\u2019aquestes tecnologies per facilitar tasques i oferir suport immediat, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 es va subratllar que no poden substituir la figura del docent. En el di\u00e0leg, es va posar \u00e8mfasi en el fet que educar no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s transmetre continguts, sin\u00f3 establir relacions, comprendre les necessitats de l\u2019alumnat i fomentar espais de debat i construcci\u00f3 conjunta del coneixement.<\/p>\n<p>La tert\u00falia va permetre, aix\u00ed, connectar ambdues idees: la import\u00e0ncia d\u2019un aprenentatge actiu i el valor insubstitu\u00efble de la interacci\u00f3 humana. Lluny de veure la tecnologia com una amena\u00e7a, es va concloure que pot ser una eina complement\u00e0ria, sempre que s\u2019utilitzi de manera conscient i alineada amb una pedagogia centrada en el di\u00e0leg.<\/p>\n<p>En definitiva, l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia de la tert\u00falia dial\u00f2gica reafirma que aprendre \u00e9s un proc\u00e9s compartit, en qu\u00e8 la paraula, l\u2019escolta i la reflexi\u00f3 conjunta esdevenen elements clau per construir coneixement amb sentit.<\/p>\n<p>Us <a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/cfaarturmartorell\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu395\/2026\/04\/Tertulia-Dialogica-Pedagogica-1.pdf\">adjuntem els documents<\/a> per si voleu fer-hi una ullada!!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Avui 6 de mar\u00e7 hem realitzat la segona tert\u00falia dial\u00f2gica del professorat a l\u2019escola.
