El seu objectiu principal \u00e9s garantir una gesti\u00f3 transparent i inclusiva, on les opinions de diferents membres de la comunitat educativa (professorat, fam\u00edlies, alumnes, personal no docent) es tinguin en compte per a la presa de decisions importants.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"463\" data-end=\"501\"><strong data-start=\"467\" data-end=\"501\">Composici\u00f3 del Consell Escolar del CFA Tremp<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"502\" data-end=\"537\">El Consell Escolar est\u00e0 format per:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"541\" data-end=\"1120\">\n<li data-start=\"541\" data-end=\"569\"><strong data-start=\"543\" data-end=\"568\">Director\/a del centre: Anna Corts Torm<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"573\" data-end=\"652\"><strong data-start=\"575\" data-end=\"590\">Professorat<\/strong>: 2 membres del professorat elegits pels mateixos mestres. (Montserrat Morera Bold\u00fa, J\u00falia Fum\u00e0s Gasa)<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"656\" data-end=\"728\"><strong data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"745\">Alumnat<\/strong>: 2 membres de l&#8217;alumnat, elegits per votacions. (Josep Ensenyat, 1 pla\u00e7a vacant) Al lloc de la pla\u00e7a vacant hi participen els delegats del centre: Karla Sol\u00e0, Ruben Bonaci, Joan Mart\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"865\" data-end=\"934\"><strong data-start=\"867\" data-end=\"889\">Personal no docent<\/strong>: 1 membre del personal administratiu i de serveis. Herv\u00e0s)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1122\" data-end=\"1158\"><strong data-start=\"1126\" data-end=\"1158\">Funcions del Consell Escolar<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1159\" data-end=\"1355\">Les funcions i responsabilitats del Consell Escolar poden variar lleugerament en funci\u00f3 de la normativa auton\u00f2mica i les caracter\u00edstiques espec\u00edfiques del centre, per\u00f2 en general s\u00f3n les seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"1357\" data-end=\"3523\">\n<li data-start=\"1357\" data-end=\"1594\">\n<p data-start=\"1360\" data-end=\"1405\"><strong data-start=\"1360\" data-end=\"1404\">Aprovar els projectes i plans del centre<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1594\">\n<li data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1485\">Aprova el <strong data-start=\"1421\" data-end=\"1453\">projecte educatiu del centre<\/strong> i els <strong data-start=\"1460\" data-end=\"1484\">plans de conviv\u00e8ncia<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1489\" data-end=\"1594\">Aprova el <strong data-start=\"1501\" data-end=\"1525\">pla anual de treball<\/strong> del centre, aix\u00ed com els objectius i les l\u00ednies d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 a seguir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1596\" data-end=\"1819\">\n<p data-start=\"1599\" data-end=\"1647\"><strong data-start=\"1599\" data-end=\"1646\">Control i seguiment de la gesti\u00f3 del centre<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1651\" data-end=\"1819\">\n<li data-start=\"1651\" data-end=\"1707\">Aprova i supervisa el <strong data-start=\"1675\" data-end=\"1695\">pressupost anual<\/strong> del centre.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1711\" data-end=\"1819\">Controla l\u2019\u00fas dels recursos econ\u00f2mics i la seva distribuci\u00f3 per a garantir una gesti\u00f3 efica\u00e7 i equitativa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1821\" data-end=\"2091\">\n<p data-start=\"1824\" data-end=\"1859\"><strong data-start=\"1824\" data-end=\"1858\">Proposta de mesures de millora<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1863\" data-end=\"2091\">\n<li data-start=\"1863\" data-end=\"1959\">Proposa iniciatives per a la <strong data-start=\"1894\" data-end=\"1930\">millora de la qualitat educativa<\/strong> i de l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 interna.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1963\" data-end=\"2091\">Pot suggerir canvis en el <strong data-start=\"1991\" data-end=\"2005\">curr\u00edculum<\/strong>, les metodologies educatives i altres aspectes del proc\u00e9s d&#8217;ensenyament-aprenentatge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2093\" data-end=\"2422\">\n<p data-start=\"2096\" data-end=\"2149\"><strong data-start=\"2096\" data-end=\"2148\">Participaci\u00f3 en la presa de decisions importants<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2153\" data-end=\"2422\">\n<li data-start=\"2153\" data-end=\"2311\">Decideix sobre q\u00fcestions importants com la <strong data-start=\"2198\" data-end=\"2223\">programaci\u00f3 educativa<\/strong>, les <strong data-start=\"2229\" data-end=\"2254\">normes de conviv\u00e8ncia<\/strong> i la <strong data-start=\"2260\" data-end=\"2299\">gesti\u00f3 dels espais i instal\u00b7lacions<\/strong> del centre.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2315\" data-end=\"2422\">Pot ser consultat sobre l\u2019admissi\u00f3 d\u2019alumnes, sobretot en casos de conflictes o dificultats espec\u00edfiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2424\" data-end=\"2741\">\n<p data-start=\"2427\" data-end=\"2487\"><strong data-start=\"2427\" data-end=\"2486\">Fomentar la participaci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies i la comunitat<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2491\" data-end=\"2741\">\n<li data-start=\"2491\" data-end=\"2622\">Pot vetllar per la <strong data-start=\"2512\" data-end=\"2554\">relaci\u00f3 entre el centre i les fam\u00edlies<\/strong>, promovent la implicaci\u00f3 activa d\u2019aquestes en el projecte educatiu.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2626\" data-end=\"2741\">Pot impulsar projectes o activitats que impliquin els <strong data-start=\"2682\" data-end=\"2708\">alumnes i les fam\u00edlies<\/strong> en la vida educativa del centre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2743\" data-end=\"3027\">\n<p data-start=\"2746\" data-end=\"2777\"><strong data-start=\"2746\" data-end=\"2776\">Vetllar per la conviv\u00e8ncia<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2781\" data-end=\"3027\">\n<li data-start=\"2781\" data-end=\"2886\">Aprova i fa seguiment del <strong data-start=\"2809\" data-end=\"2831\">pla de conviv\u00e8ncia<\/strong> del centre, orientat a prevenir i resoldre conflictes.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2890\" data-end=\"3027\">Pot ser consultat sobre casos de disciplina i conviv\u00e8ncia, establint normatives per afavorir un ambient escolar saludable i respectu\u00f3s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3029\" data-end=\"3231\">\n<p data-start=\"3032\" data-end=\"3071\"><strong data-start=\"3032\" data-end=\"3070\">Assegurar la inclusi\u00f3 i diversitat<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3075\" data-end=\"3231\">\n<li data-start=\"3075\" data-end=\"3231\">Pot proposar i vetllar per la <strong data-start=\"3107\" data-end=\"3146\">realitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019activitats inclusives<\/strong>, que tinguin en compte la diversitat cultural, social, i de capacitats dels alumnes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3233\" data-end=\"3523\">\n<p data-start=\"3236\" data-end=\"3295\"><strong data-start=\"3236\" data-end=\"3294\">El Consell Escolar com a \u00f2rgan consultiu i deliberatiu<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3299\" data-end=\"3523\">\n<li data-start=\"3299\" data-end=\"3403\">Pot actuar com a <strong data-start=\"3318\" data-end=\"3339\">consell consultiu<\/strong> sobre diverses q\u00fcestions relatives a l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 del centre.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3407\" data-end=\"3523\">Discuteix, debat i proposa les l\u00ednies generals del projecte educatiu i altres actuacions rellevants per al centre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 data-start=\"3525\" data-end=\"3565\"><strong data-start=\"3529\" data-end=\"3565\">Tipus de Decisions i Aprovacions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3566\" data-end=\"3659\">Algunes de les decisions que el Consell Escolar pot aprovar o en qu\u00e8 pot participar inclouen:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3663\" data-end=\"3957\">\n<li data-start=\"3663\" data-end=\"3744\"><strong data-start=\"3665\" data-end=\"3697\">Normativa interna del centre<\/strong> (com les normes de conviv\u00e8ncia o els horaris).<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3748\" data-end=\"3802\"><strong data-start=\"3750\" data-end=\"3778\">Activitats extraescolars<\/strong> i de car\u00e0cter formatiu.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3806\" data-end=\"3875\"><strong data-start=\"3808\" data-end=\"3832\">Canvis significatius<\/strong> en l&#8217;estructura educativa o organitzativa.<\/li>\n<li
