Descarregar la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/documents.espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/FormularisModels\/CentresGestioAdministrativa\/A89.pdf\">Sol\u00b7licitud de preinscripci\u00f3<\/a>, *emplenar-la i desar-la.\u00a0<i>(*A la sol\u00b7licitud veur\u00e0s que es demana el codi del nostre centre, que \u00e9s el seg\u00fcent: 43010311).<\/i><br \/>\n2. Enviar la sol\u00b7licitud a<strong> info<span class=\"\">@cfa<\/span>ribera.cat<\/strong>, adjuntant c\u00f2pia (escanejada o foto) del DNI \/ NIE \/ Passaport per les dues cares.<br \/>\n3.
