Descarregar la <\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/documents.espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/FormularisModels\/CentresGestioAdministrativa\/A89.pdf\"><span style=\"color: #087eb6;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Sol\u00b7licitud de preinscripci\u00f3<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">, *emplenar-la i desar-la. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><i>(*A la sol\u00b7licitud veur\u00e0s que es demana el codi del nostre centre, que \u00e9s el seg\u00fcent: 43010311).<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #444444;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><br \/>\n2.
