Descarregar la <a href=\"https:\/\/documents.espai.educacio.gencat.cat\/FormularisModels\/CentresGestioAdministrativa\/A89.pdf\"><strong><em>Sol\u00b7licitud de preinscripci\u00f3<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, *emplenar-la i desar-la. <i>(*A la sol\u00b7licitud veur\u00e0s que es demana el codi del nostre centre, que \u00e9s el seg\u00fcent: 43010311).<\/i><br \/>\n2. Enviar la sol\u00b7licitud a <b>matricula<\/b><strong><b>@cfaribera.cat<\/b><\/strong>, adjuntant c\u00f2pia (escanejada o foto) del DNI \/ NIE \/ Passaport per les dues cares i de la Targeta sanit\u00e0ria individual (TSI).<br \/>\n3.
