Durant el segon trimestre, els grups de Catal\u00e0 han estat treballant l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3. Aprofitant que l\u2019alumnat del curs de Cuina de Casa d\u2019Oficis t\u00e9 el seu espai al Centre C\u00edvic Montseny, ens han realitzat una demostraci\u00f3 culin\u00e0ria els dies 5 i 6 de mar\u00e7.<\/p>\n
L\u2019alumnat ha mostrat molt inter\u00e8s i ha acollit molt b\u00e9 la demostraci\u00f3 que es basava en tres receptes: \u00a0un entrant, un segon plat i unes postres. Al final de la sessi\u00f3, l\u2019alumnat que ha volgut\u00a0 ha fet un tastet de totes les receptes que han preparat.<\/p>\n
