{"id":584,"date":"2020-01-31T11:55:57","date_gmt":"2020-01-31T10:55:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/cfa-cardedeu\/?page_id=584"},"modified":"2025-03-28T12:23:01","modified_gmt":"2025-03-28T11:23:01","slug":"organs-de-coordinacio","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/cfa-cardedeu\/documents-centre\/projecte-educatiu-de-centre-pec\/organs-de-coordinacio\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00d2rgans de coordinaci\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tutories<\/h2>\n<p>Establim la figura la tutoria com a persona per l\u2019alumnat que cursa la preparaci\u00f3 a les proves per accedir als cicles formatius de grau mitj\u00e0 i superior i el grup de formaci\u00f3 b\u00e0sica (instrumentals). Aquesta tutoria \u00e9s la referent per poder resoldre totes aquells q\u00fcestions del dia a dia tant a nivell acad\u00e8mic com del funcionament de l\u2019aula. \u00c9s la que fa el seguiment m\u00e9s individualitzat, coneix l\u2019alumnat i aix\u00f2 ajuda durant tot el curs al bon funcionament tant dins l\u2019aula com amb relaci\u00f3 amb la resta de docents i, sobretot, permet poder establir una relaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s personal que eviti l\u2019abandonament, es detectin les necessitats m\u00e9s particulars&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>La resta de cursos (Angl\u00e8s i Competic) la figura de la tutoria ser\u00e0 la mateixa que la que imparteix la doc\u00e8ncia amb les mateixes funcions.<\/p>\n<h2>Coordinaci\u00f3 amb les altres administracions<\/h2>\n<p>Cardedeu disposa de moltes entitats, centres educatius, museu, biblioteca, etc. Entenem que l\u2019escola no est\u00e0 a\u00efllada i actuem de manera transversal i coordinada. A tal efecte, proposem:<\/p>\n<h3>Programa \u201cFull de Ruta\u201d<\/h3>\n<p>Des del curs 2014-2015, el nostre centre ha format part d\u2019un projecte pilot subvencionat per la Diputaci\u00f3 i que des d\u2019aleshores t\u00e9 continu\u00eftat cada curs. Aquest programa treballa l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 acad\u00e8mica i professional a escoles municipals de persones adultes.<\/p>\n<p>Els <strong>objectius <\/strong>s\u00f3n que l\u2019alumnat i els participants en el programa aconsegueixin:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Acabar amb \u00e8xit (aprovar) els estudis que estan<\/li>\n<li>Escollir uns nous estudis que els agradin, que se sentin capa\u00e7os de dur a terme i que els permetin obtenir un t\u00edtol oficial de qualificaci\u00f3 professional.<\/li>\n<li>Matricular-se en els nous estudis que han<\/li>\n<li>Definir i posar en pr\u00e0ctica un pla d\u2019acci\u00f3 (projecte educatiu i professional) enfocat a assolir els objectius<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>A nivell de <strong>formaci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Es fan tallers i xerrades que aporten:\n<ul>\n<li>Comprensi\u00f3 dels reptes i oportunitats del mercat laboral, de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 i de la situaci\u00f3 personal dels i de les<\/li>\n<li>Motivaci\u00f3 per imaginar el futur preferit i per treballar dia a dia per acostar-s\u2019hi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>Es fa assessorament i acompanyament individual perqu\u00e8 l\u2019alumnat defineixi una pla d\u2019acci\u00f3 i enfoqui els seus pensaments, accions i emocions en el que pot fer avui per acostar-se al futur que desitja.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>En el cas de l\u2019alumnat de <strong>Grau Mitj\u00e0<\/strong>, normalment est\u00e0 molt desorientat sobre qu\u00e8 pot estudiar. A m\u00e9s, \u00e9s alumnat en general amb l\u2019autoestima\u00a0 molt baixa i veu molt poques possibilitats de continuar la seva formaci\u00f3 abandonada de fa anys. L\u2019orientaci\u00f3 els ajuda a veure factible i possible reinserir-se en la formaci\u00f3 reglada com a sortida a l\u2019atur i com a millora personal.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019alumnat de <strong>Grau Superior, <\/strong>sobretot els que han fet ja un Grau mitj\u00e0, tenen clar qu\u00e8 volen estudiar. Normalment, necessiten assessorament sobre aspectes m\u00e9s formals (notes, t\u00edtols, convalidacions, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019equip docent del Centre de Formaci\u00f3 de persones adultes treballem de forma coordinada amb aquest servei d\u2019orientaci\u00f3. D\u2019aquesta manera tenim cobertes totes les necessitats que l\u2019alumnat necessita cobrir: Treballar els continguts del temari, seguiment personal individualitzat i orientaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h3>Institut Obert de Catalunya<\/h3>\n<p>En els curs de PPA als cicles formatius de grau superior, el CFA actualment prepara 2 mat\u00e8ries espec\u00edfiques d\u2019acord amb el curr\u00edculum acad\u00e8mic i professional de l\u2019equip docent. Aquestes mat\u00e8ries s\u00f3n: Psicologia i sociologia i Economia de l&#8217;empresa. Amb aix\u00f2, el centre facilita l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a Graus Superiors dins de les opcions C tal i com es mostra\u00a0 en el quadre seg\u00fcent, en qu\u00e8 es categoritzen els Graus Superiors en funci\u00f3 de la fam\u00edlia professional.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/cfa-cardedeu\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu571\/2020\/01\/projecte-educatiu-part-espec\u00edfica.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-585\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/cfa-cardedeu\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu571\/2020\/01\/projecte-educatiu-part-espec\u00edfica.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"960\" height=\"572\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/cfa-cardedeu\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu571\/2020\/01\/projecte-educatiu-part-espec\u00edfica.jpg 960w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/cfa-cardedeu\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu571\/2020\/01\/projecte-educatiu-part-espec\u00edfica-300x179.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/cfa-cardedeu\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu571\/2020\/01\/projecte-educatiu-part-espec\u00edfica-768x458.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00f2 no significa que l&#8217;alumnat del centre no tingui opcions de preparar-se altres assignatures. L\u2019alumnat que desitja cursar altres mat\u00e8ries d\u2019acord amb les seves prefer\u00e8ncies, aptituds o itinerari que volen seguir, ho poder fer a trav\u00e9s de l&#8217;Institut Obert de Catalunya (IOC) que ofereix totes les opcions a dist\u00e0ncia.<\/p>\n<p>El CFA i l\u2019IOC estableixen relaci\u00f3 en el moment en qu\u00e8 es comparteix alumnat que cursa mat\u00e8ries en ambd\u00f3s centres de manera que la tutoria del CFA pot accedir al expedient acad\u00e8mic de l\u2019alumnat aix\u00ed com fer-ne un seguiment personal i acurat. A final de curs, l\u2019IOC avalua l\u2019alumnat de manera presencial (la prova es realitza a La Mongia) i quantitativa, per\u00f2 dona al CFA l&#8217;autoritat de fer qualsevol canvi en el cas que el centre aix\u00ed ho consideri perqu\u00e8 la nota \u00e9s final, tant de les assignatures espec\u00edfiques com les comunes.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta relaci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;IOC resulta de gran utilitat ja que possibilita que qualsevol persona usu\u00e0ria pugui adaptar la seva preparaci\u00f3 a les proves d&#8217;acc\u00e9s als seus interessos sense
