Incorporar la perspectiva de g\u00e8nere en el Servei de Formaci\u00f3 de persones Adultes de Cardedeu.<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 124px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 124px; width: 559px;\">a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Promoure l\u2019\u00fas d\u2019un llenguatge gr\u00e0fic, escrit i oral, respectu\u00f3s i inclusiu en la redacci\u00f3 del projecte educatiu, en la mem\u00f2ria del centre, i a la resta de documents del servei com poden ser: els fulls d\u2019inscripci\u00f3 al centre, fitxa d\u2019alumnes, publicitat del centre, retolaci\u00f3 d\u2019espais, web Ajuntament a on apareixen les dades del centre, etc.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 80px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 80px; width: 559px;\">b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Incorporar les dades desagregades per la variable sexe en totes les mem\u00f2ries d\u2019activitat del centre.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 80px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 80px; width: 559px;\">c)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Vetllar perqu\u00e8 la documentaci\u00f3 facilitada a l\u2019alumnat tingui en compte la igualtat de g\u00e8nere, la diversitat cultural i el llenguatge neutre.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 102px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 102px; width: 559px;\">d)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Promoure la participaci\u00f3 equilibrada d\u2019homes i dones tant en les intervencions dins la pr\u00f2pia aula, com en els grups de treball, en les activitats que es facin, i en els \u00f2rgans de representaci\u00f3 creats (delegaci\u00f3 de curs).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 80px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 80px; width: 559px;\">e)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Evitar les interrupcions, deslegitimacions i desqualificacions de les intervencions dels estudiants, tant per part de l\u2019alumnat com del propi equip docent.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 80px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 80px; width: 559px;\">f)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Identificar motius i raons que poden ser la causa de la difer\u00e8ncia entre el nombre de persones inscrites de dones i homes en el CFA.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 80px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 80px; width: 559px;\">g)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Demanar i utilitzar el manual d\u2019estil sobre com fer servir correctament el llenguatge neutre, elaborat per l\u2019Ajuntament.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 57px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 57px; width: 559px;\">h)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Incloure l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 professional no sexista en els programes formatius.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 57px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 57px; width: 559px;\">i)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Evitar la utilitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019estereotips de g\u00e8nere en l\u2019activitat ordin\u00e0ria de l\u2019aula.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 80px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 80px; width: 559px;\">j)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Revisar els continguts de les assignatures des de l\u2019\u00f2ptica de les desigualtats entre dones i homes.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 80px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 80px; width: 559px;\">k)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Prestar especial atenci\u00f3 a les dones nouvingudes al municipi procedents d\u2019altres pa\u00efsos i cultures per facilitar la seva inclusi\u00f3.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 80px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 80px; width: 559px;\"><strong>2. Fomentar les relacions igualit\u00e0ries entre dones i homes, identificant possibles situacions de viol\u00e8ncia.<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 80px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 80px; width: 559px;\">l)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Fomentar la participaci\u00f3 de l\u2019equip docent a les activitats de formaci\u00f3 envers la igualtat de g\u00e8nere organitzades per l\u2019Ajuntament.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 80px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 80px; width: 559px;\">m) Prestar especial atenci\u00f3 a les sessions de tutoria per detectar qualsevol situaci\u00f3 de viol\u00e8ncia que es pugui trobar l\u2019alumnat.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 80px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 80px; width: 559px;\">n)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Donar a con\u00e8ixer a l\u2019alumnat del centre el fullet informatiu pedag\u00f2gic sobre on rec\u00f3rrer en cas de viol\u00e8ncia masclista, elaborat per l\u2019Ajuntament.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 80px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 80px; width: 559px;\">o)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Demanar adherir-nos a la campanya \u201caqu\u00ed no tolerem la viol\u00e8ncia masclista\u201d que promou l\u2019Ajuntament.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 80px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 80px; width: 559px;\">p)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Con\u00e8ixer i informar a l\u2019alumnat sobre qu\u00e8 cal fer i a on anar per denunciar una situaci\u00f3 de viol\u00e8ncia LGTBIf\u00f2bica.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 80px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 80px; width: 559px;\">q)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Evitar comentaris sexistes i LGTBIf\u00f2bics en la pr\u00e0ctica docent i vetllar per un clima a l\u2019aula respectu\u00f3s.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 80px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 80px; width: 559px;\">r)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Explicitar la intoler\u00e0ncia cap a les discriminacions de qualsevol tipus, les actituds sexistes, la viol\u00e8ncia, LGTBIf\u00f2bia i l\u2019assetjament.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 80px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 80px; width: 559px;\">s)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Incloure en els protocols d\u2019absentisme mesures per detectar, prevenir i intervenir en els casos de viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 80px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 80px; width: 559px;\"><strong>3. Incentivar la participaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat en totes les activitats comunit\u00e0ries de sensibilitzaci\u00f3 envers la igualtat de g\u00e8nere i contra la viol\u00e8ncia masclista.<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 102px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 102px; width: 559px;\">t)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Promoure la participaci\u00f3 de l\u2019alumnat en les campanyes de sensibilitzaci\u00f3 sobre noves formes de viol\u00e8ncia masclista, de micromasclismes, de noves masculinitats, etc.,<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 124px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 124px; width: 559px;\">u) Commemorar les diades de especial rellev\u00e0ncia com poden ser el dia internacional de les dones: el 8 de mar\u00e7; el dia internacional per a l\u2019eliminaci\u00f3 de la viol\u00e8ncia en contra de les dones: el dia 25 de novembre o el dia internacional de l\u2019orgull LGBTI: 28 de juny, entre d\u2019altres.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"height: 80px;\">\n<td style=\"height: 80px; width: 559px;\">v)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Proposar a l\u2019Ajuntament que el seu equip t\u00e8cnic d\u2019igualtat faci alguna activitat de sensibilitzaci\u00f3 dirigida a l\u2019alumnat del centre.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h4><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Per cadascun d\u2019aquests objectius espec\u00edfics proposem les seg\u00fcents accions a portar a terme: 1.
