En aquest marc, l\u2019educaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria hauria de ser l\u2019escenari de foment d\u2019aquest talent i de l\u2019inter\u00e8s del joves per les vocacions i professions STEAM, tent \u00e8mfasi especial en captar l\u2019atenci\u00f3 de les noies, com a \u201cesp\u00e8cie minorit\u00e0ria\u201d. Analitzar possibles accions per orientar-los cap a estudis i professions de l\u2019\u00e0mbit tecnol\u00f2gic, pot ajudar a dissenyar una sortida viable per al seu futur i per contribuir a millorar el m\u00f3n. La identificaci\u00f3 de les amenaces i les febleses que afecten les expectatives acad\u00e8miques i professionals, ha de servir per obrir portes, des de la seguretat, per descobrir les oportunitats i fortaleses que hi ha darrere un gran nombre d\u2019opcions atractives en formaci\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica i en enginyeria, cabdals per al desenvolupament del s.XXI.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/cesire_historic\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu397\/2020\/05\/Professions_XXI_2-1.jpg\" width=\"471\" height=\"265\" \/><br \/>\nCr\u00e8dits: Cristina Blaya<\/p>\n<p>Molts dels reptes que afronta actualment la humanitat, i d\u2019altres que aniran apareixent al llarg d\u2019aquest segle, requeriran de solucions complexes en les que hauran de convergir necess\u00e0riament la recerca cient\u00edfica amb les solucions aportades per l\u2019enginyeria. Problemes complexos requereixen solucions complexes. L\u2019enginyeria t\u00e9 la gran responsabilitat de comptar amb el talent hum\u00e0 per trobar solucions imaginatives i eficaces per aquests grans reptes multidimensionals en qu\u00e8 es troba i trobar\u00e0 el nostre m\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El talent s\u2019educa, es fomenta, s\u2019orienta, no \u00e9s fru\u00eft de la casualitat. Per aix\u00f2 el sistema educatiu l\u2019ha de promoure en tota la seva arquitectura, de forma inclusiva i extensiva. Els docents de secund\u00e0ria, especialment des de la tecnologia i les ci\u00e8ncies, tenen un paper clau per animar els nois i les noies a donar el m\u00e0xim d\u2019ells mateixos per esdevenir ciutadans implicats en la transformaci\u00f3 del m\u00f3n cap a solucions i estructures sostenibles i justes.<\/p>\n<p>Enginyeria \u00e9s solucionar problemes amb enginy. Aquesta sent\u00e8ncia no comporta limitaci\u00f3 ni d\u2019edat, ni de g\u00e8nere ni de situaci\u00f3 geogr\u00e0fica. Si tenim un problema, cal activar l\u2019enginy per trobar la millor soluci\u00f3.
