{"id":27,"date":"2014-09-17T16:24:03","date_gmt":"2014-09-17T15:24:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/cesire_historic\/\/?page_id=27"},"modified":"2019-05-29T14:04:22","modified_gmt":"2019-05-29T12:04:22","slug":"presentacio","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/cesire_historic\/cesire\/presentacio\/","title":{"rendered":"Presentaci\u00f3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/cesire_historic\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu397\/2015\/09\/plafo_innovacio-e1442574008959.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-455 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/cesire_historic\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu397\/2015\/09\/plafo_innovacio-e1442574008959.gif\" alt=\"plafo_innovacio\" width=\"600\" height=\"373\" \/><\/a>El CESIRE \u00e9s un servei educatiu de suport a la innovaci\u00f3 i la recerca\u00a0 educativa.<\/p>\n<p>La seva <span style=\"color: #c9160f;\"><strong>missi\u00f3<\/strong> <\/span>\u00e9s <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">donar <\/span><b>suport<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a docents i centres educatius tot detectant, transferint i promovent la <\/span><b>millora educativa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i la <\/span><b>innovaci\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> fonamentada en la recerca, per contribuir a donar resposta a les necessitats del sistema educatiu. <\/span>Entre les seves funcions s&#8217;inclou la de dissenyar i difondre activitats i recursos que ajudin el professorat en la seva tasca per tal de millorar els resultats escolars de l\u2019alumnat.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La seva <span style=\"color: #c9160f;\"><strong>visi\u00f3<\/strong><\/span> expressa all\u00f2 que el CESIRE ambiciona ser en el futur i com pret\u00e9n situar-se en el context en qu\u00e8 desenvolupa les seves actuacions. En un futur proper e<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l CESIRE vol esdevenir un centre&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">amb projecci\u00f3 internacional que sigui la <\/span><b style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">unitat de refer\u00e8ncia<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de la Generalitat de Catalunya en innovaci\u00f3 i suport a la recerca educativa<\/span><\/li>\n<li>que proposi una <b style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">visi\u00f3 integrador<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dels aprenentatges, vetllant per respectar l\u2019equilibri entre el treball d\u2019\u00e0mbit i l\u2019interdisciplinar i per la <\/span><b style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">coher\u00e8ncia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> al llarg de les diverses etapes educatives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>obert que faciliti, promogui i dinamitzi la creaci\u00f3 d\u2019espais de <b style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i d\u2019<\/span><b style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">intercanvi<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> amb institucions i entitats socials, culturals i educatives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>que formi part activa de una <b style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">xarxa<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de centres amb objectius i funcions similars.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>que compti amb un conjunt de professionals en <b style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">actualitzaci\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> i formaci\u00f3 permanent, que treballin en equip i compartint significats.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>amb autonomia i una <b style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">organitzaci\u00f3 \u00e0gil i eficient<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que adapti el seu funcionament a partir de l\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 cont\u00ednua.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>que doni a con\u00e8ixer les seves accions i interaccioni amb els diferents agents a trav\u00e9s de xarxes de relaci\u00f3 externes mitjan\u00e7ant mecanismes de <b style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\">comunicaci\u00f3<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> efectius.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El conjunt de professionals que formen el CESIRE associen la seva identitat i les accions que desenvolupen a un conjunt de <span style=\"color: #c9160f;\"><strong>valors<\/strong> <\/span>que els caracteritzen i que els han d\u2019ajudar a millorar com a instituci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<table class=\" aligncenter\" style=\"width: 90%;
