Hem parlat per a qu\u00e8 es feia servir la menta: per fer infusions, per condimentar el menjar i tamb\u00e9 per fer oli corporal de menta.<\/p>\n<p>Hem reunit els ingredients per poder fer l&#8217;oli: menta i oli corporal. Hem mesurat la quantitat necess\u00e0ria de menta i oli. L&#8217;hem esmicolada i trinxada. L&#8217;hem barrejada amb l&#8217;oli i despr\u00e9s de coure-la a foc lent durant 15 minuts l&#8217;hem deixat reposar. Finalment l&#8217;hem colat i guardat en un recipient que estigu\u00e9s en un lloc a les fosques.
