{"id":28,"date":"2014-09-18T12:29:35","date_gmt":"2014-09-18T11:29:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipvilademager\/?page_id=28"},"modified":"2025-12-16T13:25:01","modified_gmt":"2025-12-16T12:25:01","slug":"consell-escolar","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipvilademager\/lescola\/consell-escolar\/","title":{"rendered":"Consell escolar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\">El Consell Escolar \u00e9s\u00a0<span lang=\"es\">l\u2019<\/span>\u00f2rgan\u00a0<span lang=\"es\">col\u00b7legiat de participaci\u00f3 de la comunitat escolar en el<\/span>\u00a0govern del centre<span lang=\"es\">,<\/span> hi estan representats tots els sectors: pares i mares, mestres, administraci\u00f3 local<span lang=\"es\">\u00a0i<\/span> personal no docent. Les persones del consell escolar s\u00f3n elegides per <strong>un per\u00edode de quatre anys<\/strong> i es renoven per meitats cada dos anys el primer trimestre del curs escolar.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Les vacants del consell s&#8217;ocupen segons els resultats de les eleccions. Si un membre deixa el consell, passar\u00e0 a ocupar el seu lloc la seg\u00fcent candidatura m\u00e9s votada en les darreres eleccions.<\/p>\n<h4>Funcions del consell escolar dels centres p\u00fablics<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Participar en l\u2019aprovaci\u00f3 del projecte educatiu i les seves modificacions. El consell escolar ha de ser consultat pel director de manera preceptiva per valorar la proposta del projecte educatiu i manifestar el seu suport amb una majoria de les tres cinquenes parts dels membres.<\/li>\n<li>Participar en l\u2019aprovaci\u00f3 de la programaci\u00f3 general anual, de les normes de funcionament i de la gesti\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica del centre. El consell escolar ha de ser consultat de manera preceptiva per valorar cada una de les propostes i manifestar el seu suport per majoria simple dels membres.<\/li>\n<li>Avaluar l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 del projecte educatiu i de les seves modificacions aix\u00ed com de la resta de documents de gesti\u00f3 del centre.<\/li>\n<li>Aprovar les propostes d\u2019acords de coresponsabilitat, convenis i altres acords de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 del centre amb entitats i institucions.<\/li>\n<li>Intervenir en el procediment d\u2019admissi\u00f3 d\u2019alumnes.<\/li>\n<li>Participar en el procediment de selecci\u00f3 i en la proposta de cessament del director o directora.<\/li>\n<li>Intervenir en la resoluci\u00f3 dels conflictes i, si escau, revisar les sancions als alumnes.<\/li>\n<li>Aprovar les directrius per a la programaci\u00f3 d\u2019activitats escolars complement\u00e0ries i d\u2019activitats extraescolars, i avaluar-ne el desenvolupament.<\/li>\n<li>Participar en les an\u00e0lisis i les avaluacions del funcionament general del centre i con\u00e8ixer l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 del rendiment escolar.<\/li>\n<li>Aprovar els criteris de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb altres centres i amb l\u2019entorn.<\/li>\n<li>Qualsevol altre que li sigui atribu\u00efda per les normes legals o reglament\u00e0ries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En aquest enlla\u00e7 podreu veure la infografia oficial del departament d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 on consultar les funcions del consell escolar &#8211;&gt;
