In Year 5, we have been working on sports and physical activity. As part of this unit, we did a small project to find out if we do enough exercise during the week.<\/p>\n

We created a weekly chart showing the type of exercise or sport we do each day and for how long. Then, we wrote a short text in English explaining our chart.<\/p>\n

Finally, we read our texts to the class and talked about our exercise, if we are active enough and how we can improve our habits.<\/p>\n

This project helped us practise English while learning about the importance of staying healthy and active.<\/p>\n
