a la diversitat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Considerem la <b>diversitat<\/b> com un element b\u00e0sic que forma part de la nostra realitat quotidiana i que podem \u00a0aprofitar com a eina educativa, \u00a0capa\u00e7 de crear actituds positives de respecte i toler\u00e0ncia entre els nostres xiquets i xiquetes.<\/p>\n<p>Esta diversitat que tenim a les classes, reflex de la realitat que tenim als carrers, \u00e9s un marc idoni per aprendre a conviure i per obrir la nostra ment cap a altres realitats que ens ajudaran a ampliar la nostra concepci\u00f3 del m\u00f3n i a cr\u00e9ixer com a persones.<\/p>\n<p>No \u00e9s una tasca f\u00e0cil, sin\u00f3 un repte que cal plantejar-se des de el primer moment tant en l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 del funcionament escolar, com en la planificaci\u00f3 de les activitats<\/p>\n<p>Com a educadors\/es \u00a0el nostre paper ser\u00e0 actiu i de respecte a totes les diversitats, mai diferenciant, sin\u00f3 integrant amb la major normalitat que ens siga possible, adequant els continguts a les persones, flexibilitzant \u00a0les aules i creant un clima participatiu que afavorisca els diferents tipus d&#8217;aprenentatge.<\/p>\n<p>Mirarem de garantir aquesta atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat comptant, en \u00a0primer lloc, amb \u00a0l&#8217;actitud positiva i afavoridora del mestre\/a que procurar\u00e0 mantenir sempre a la classe\u00a0 aquest tarann\u00e0\u00a0 respectu\u00f3s a la diversitat, i per altra banda, posant en funcionament diverses estrat\u00e8gies de funcionament i organitzaci\u00f3 tals com\u00a0 <b>Suport Ling\u00fc\u00edstic, Grups Interactius, Tallers, refor\u00e7os<\/b>, <b>desdoblaments a les<\/b> <b>instrumentals, \u00a0suport <\/b>\u00a0<b>a l&#8217;aula<\/b>, <b>atencions individualitzades.<\/b>.., aix\u00ed \u00a0com \u00a0utilitzant el suport i l&#8217;ajut que ens faciliten els especialistes corresponents (<b>mestres d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 Especial, mestre i educadora USEE, TEI, EAP, TIS, Vetlladores, Logopeda, Fisio, LIC, Assistent Social, Educador de carrer&#8230;).<\/b><\/p>\n<p>A la nostra escola tenim alumnat del Marroc, Argentina, Alemanya, Anglaterra, Alg\u00e8ria, Equador,Bol\u00edvia, Andalusia, Col\u00f2mbia, Romania, Ucra\u00efna, R\u00fassia, Mold\u00e0via, Su\u00efssa, Andorra, Holanda, Let\u00f2nia, Pakistan, Bulg\u00e0ria.. per \u00a0tant cada tutor\/a crear\u00e0 unes \u00a0condicion\u00a0 i actituds \u00a0a \u00a0l&#8217;aula favorables, en \u00a0relaci\u00f3 a les difer\u00e8ncies que \u00a0hi hague, i \u00a0dinamitzar\u00e0 \u00a0les relacions \u00a0entre les fam\u00edlies, mestres i \u00a0alumnat cap a una bona conviv\u00e8ncia, \u00a0d&#8217;acord a la realitat que tenim i susceptible de fer \u00a0<b>el m\u00f3n millor\u00a0<\/b>que tots\/es desitgem.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Programa T\u00e8cnics d\u2019integraci\u00f3 social i educadors socials<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">L\u2019Escola Ram\u00f3n y Cajal<\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> disposa de professionals d\u2019atenci\u00f3 educativa amb la finalitat de garantir l\u2019equitat en l\u2019acc\u00e9s a l\u2019educaci\u00f3: <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">1 dotaci\u00f3 <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">d\u2019<\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Educador<\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">a <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Social<\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">La contractaci\u00f3 d\u2019aquests professionals est\u00e0 cofinan\u00e7at en un 40% per la Uni\u00f3 Europea i la resta pel Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 aix\u00f2 comporta el compliment d\u2019unes mesures de publicitat i comunicaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">La incorporaci\u00f3 de t\u00e8cnics d\u2019integraci\u00f3 social i educador socials<\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b> t\u00e9 com a objecte<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> suplementar amb professionals d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 educativa l&#8217;activitat que es presta en els centres docents<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">,<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> amb la finalitat de garantir l&#8217;equitat en l&#8217;acc\u00e9s a l\u2019educaci\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Els objectius del <\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Programa de t\u00e8cnics d\u2019integraci\u00f3 social i els educadors socials<\/b><\/span> <span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>cofinan\u00e7at per la Uni\u00f3 Europea<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> s\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8211;<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Prevenir l\u2019abandonament prematur i el frac\u00e0s escolar Procurar el benestar emocional dels alumnes<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8211;<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Facilitar una bona conviv\u00e8ncia en els centres educatius.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8211;<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Contribuir a l\u2019orientaci\u00f3 dels alumnes<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8211;<\/span> <span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Fomentar la implicaci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><span
