La cursa d\u2019orientaci\u00f3 \u00e9s un circuit on els participants ajudats per diferents materials com s\u00f3n la br\u00faixola, el mapa, el full de control… hauran de trobar les fites que els hi demana el mapa. Les fites estan penjades per tot el recorregut de la cursa. En funci\u00f3 de l\u2019edat dels participant la dificultat augmenta, ja sigui per la dist\u00e0ncia del recorregut, per un augment en el n\u00famero de fites que han de trobar, etc.<\/p>\n

En l\u2019espai on es realitza l\u2019activitat hi ha controladors en els punts estrat\u00e8gics per afavorir un bon funcionament de la mateixa.<\/p>\n

Dividirem el grup en grups redu\u00efts aproximadament de 3 o 4 participants per fer que treballin tots.Al principi de la cursa els hi fem una breu explicaci\u00f3 sobre els or\u00edgens tot demanant la participaci\u00f3 del nens\/es. Seguidament els hi expliquem el material amb el que treballaran i com ho han de fer. Un cop tenen clar el material, elfuncionament i les normes donem sortida als diferents grups amb un marge de temps entre un grup i l\u2019altre i els hi contem el temps total que han trigat a fer la cursa.. En diferents punts del recorregut tamb\u00e9 trobaran unes estacions on amb l\u2019ajuda d\u2019un monitor hauran d\u2019omplir unes fitxes on aprendran a interpretar corbes de nivell i recon\u00e8ixer la vegetaci\u00f3 t\u00edpica del bosc mediterrani.<\/p>\n
