{"id":10545,"date":"2025-03-12T15:17:33","date_gmt":"2025-03-12T14:17:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipturodeguiera\/?p=10545"},"modified":"2025-03-12T17:25:11","modified_gmt":"2025-03-12T16:25:11","slug":"lafi-sadhereix-al-manifest-per-la-publica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipturodeguiera\/portada\/lafi-sadhereix-al-manifest-per-la-publica\/","title":{"rendered":"L&#8217;AFI s&#8217;adhereix al manifest per la p\u00fablica"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 en el link al web de <a href=\"https:\/\/affac.cat\/affac\/plataforma-publica-escola-tothom\/?\">l&#8217;AFFAC<\/a><br><br><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MANIFEST LA P\u00daBLICA, L\u2019ESCOLA DE TOTHOM<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Les entitats de la societat civil, compromeses amb la garantia del dret a l\u2019educaci\u00f3 en&nbsp; condicions d\u2019igualtat i no discriminaci\u00f3, unim forces i ens constitu\u00efm en la <strong>Plataforma La P\u00fablica, l\u2019Escola de Tothom<\/strong> amb l\u2019objectiu de <strong>defensar l\u2019educaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica<\/strong> de bressol a universitat i <strong>exigir el suport institucional<\/strong> que aquesta mereix.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Plataforma neix de la campanya \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/affac.cat\/affac\/escoladetothom\/\">La P\u00fablica, l\u2019Escola de Tothom<\/a>\u201d, impulsada per les&nbsp; fam\u00edlies de l\u2019aFFaC (les Associacions Federades de Fam\u00edlies d\u2019Alumnes de Catalunya), per\u00f2 <strong>el context social cr\u00edtic al qual assistim exigeix<\/strong> <strong>una resposta unit\u00e0ria i contundent<\/strong>. Per aix\u00f2,&nbsp; la campanya fa un gran salt i es converteix en una plataforma de defensa de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica per assegurar un present i un futur basat en la inclusi\u00f3, l\u2019equitat i la democr\u00e0cia. L\u2019extrema dreta pren for\u00e7a i augmenten les desigualtats; <strong>cal aturar aquests corrents reaccionaris i consolidar el model d\u2019escola p\u00fablica<\/strong>, de qualitat i per a tothom.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els elevats nivells de <strong>risc de pobresa infantil i juvenil <\/strong>(32,5%, AROPE 2023), l\u2019elevada <strong>taxa d\u2019abandonament escolar prematur<\/strong> (14,8%, IDESCAT 2023) i la <strong>segregaci\u00f3 escolar<\/strong> que pateix Catalunya necessiten, m\u00e9s que mai, del sistema educatiu p\u00fablic, decisiu a l\u2019hora de compensar les desigualtats que arrosseguen bona part dels nostres infants i adolescents.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malauradament, <strong>els anuncis que el Govern ha fet en les \u00faltimes setmanes caminen cap a la&nbsp; direcci\u00f3 contr\u00e0ria<\/strong>. En lloc d\u2019augmentar i refor\u00e7ar el sistema educatiu p\u00fablic ha anunciat el&nbsp; tancament de 111 l\u00ednies p\u00fabliques per al curs 2025\/26, 43 a I3 i 68 a 1r d\u2019ESO, alhora que&nbsp; ha incrementat l\u2019oferta educativa privada concertada amb 21 grups. Aix\u00ed mateix, ha anunciat&nbsp; un pla pilot de 500 places per implantar cicles formatius de grau b\u00e0sic en centres de titularitat&nbsp; privada del Servei d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 de Catalunya. Aquest <strong>desmantellament del sistema educatiu p\u00fablic<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de la supressi\u00f3 de grups suposa una p\u00e8rdua de llocs de treball i una oportunitat perduda per a millorar la qualitat educativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 i Formaci\u00f3 Professional ha justificat la reducci\u00f3 de places&nbsp; p\u00fabliques amb la davallada de la natalitat, per\u00f2 en realitat aquesta decisi\u00f3 fa pal\u00e8s un <strong>evident desequilibri en la distribuci\u00f3 de places en detriment de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica<\/strong>, alhora que es perd una <strong>oportunitat hist\u00f2rica d\u2019enfortir el sistema educatiu p\u00fablic <\/strong>i avan\u00e7ar, d\u2019una vegada per totes,&nbsp; en la <strong>implementaci\u00f3 del Decret d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 Inclusiva<\/strong> en tots els nivells educatius i, especialment, en l\u2019educaci\u00f3 secund\u00e0ria obligat\u00f2ria i la Formaci\u00f3 Professional.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Davant d\u2019aquesta situaci\u00f3, les entitats que ens adherim a la Plataforma La P\u00fablica, l\u2019Escola&nbsp; de Tothom compartim la visi\u00f3 sobre la necessitat d\u2019unir les nostres forces i <strong>crear un front com\u00fa&nbsp; per mobilitzar fam\u00edlies, la comunitat educativa i la ciutadania en general<\/strong> en la defensa activa del dret fonamental a l\u2019educaci\u00f3 i apostar per una <strong>societat m\u00e9s inclusiva, democr\u00e0tica i justa<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest no \u00e9s un manifest pessimista, sin\u00f3 que tant la <strong>davallada de la natalitat<\/strong> com la <strong>conjuntura social i pol\u00edtica<\/strong> en qu\u00e8 ens trobem obre una oportunitat hist\u00f2rica per <strong>aconseguir una xarxa educativa p\u00fablica m\u00e9s forta i de m\u00e9s qualitat<\/strong>. Ha arribat el moment d\u2019exigir als poders p\u00fablics que es comprometin a fer una aposta ferma per la xarxa educativa p\u00fablica, destinant-hi m\u00e9s recursos per refor\u00e7ar-la en comptes de desmantellar-la; encaminar la reducci\u00f3 de r\u00e0tios cap a una educaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica veritablement inclusiva, garantint l\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la&nbsp; diversitat de l\u2019alumnat; millorar les condicions laborals del personal educatiu; i fer efectiva la desconcertaci\u00f3 progressiva per eliminar les places sobrants i poder lluitar contra la xacra de la segregaci\u00f3 escolar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara, a les portes de la preinscripci\u00f3, el Govern t\u00e9 l\u2019oportunitat de demostrar el seu comprom\u00eds animant a les fam\u00edlies a <strong>matricular a l\u2019educaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica<\/strong> i compensar, aix\u00ed, <strong>l\u2019estrat\u00e8gia de&nbsp; publicitat i m\u00e0rqueting<\/strong> del sistema privat i privat concertat dels darrers mesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta Plataforma fa una crida a les <strong>m\u00e9s de 50.000 fam\u00edlies<\/strong> que el pr\u00f2xim curs s\u2019incorporaran al sistema educatiu catal\u00e0. Els demanem que <strong>confi\u00efn en l\u2019educaci\u00f3 p\u00fablica i en els seus professionals<\/strong>, i matriculin els seus fills i filles a l\u2019escola p\u00fablica del costat de casa perqu\u00e8 la p\u00fablica de proximitat \u00e9s la millor de les opcions possibles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El cam\u00ed \u00e9s llarg i hi ha molta feina per fer. Per aix\u00f2, f<strong>em una crida a partits, entitats, moviments, col\u00b7lectius, fam\u00edlies i persones a t\u00edtol individual<\/strong> a sumar-se a un moviment col\u00b7lectiu que \u00e9s decisiu per incloure tothom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perqu\u00e8 <strong>per construir la societat que volem<\/strong>, \u00e9s necessari superar la doble xarxa educativa i&nbsp; eliminar un sistema segregador que separa els nostres infants i adolescents en funci\u00f3 de les&nbsp; seves capacitats, origen o context socioecon\u00f2mic.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Perqu\u00e8 <strong>l\u2019escola \u00e9s molt m\u00e9s que un espai on aprendre<\/strong>: \u00e9s el lloc on es formaran els ciutadans&nbsp;
