Per aix\u00f2, introdu\u00efm l\u2019angl\u00e8s des dels\u00a0<strong data-start=\"275\" data-end=\"285\">3 anys<\/strong>, aprofitant la gran capacitat natural d\u2019aprenentatge que tenen els infants en aquesta etapa. A trav\u00e9s del joc, la m\u00fasica, el moviment i la interacci\u00f3, fem que\u00a0<strong data-start=\"448\" data-end=\"522\">l\u2019angl\u00e8s formi part del seu dia a dia de manera espont\u00e0nia i vivencial<\/strong>. Sense presses ni pressi\u00f3, sin\u00f3 amb emoci\u00f3 i curiositat, perqu\u00e8 la llengua es converteixi en una eina de comunicaci\u00f3 significativa. Sembrar l\u2019angl\u00e8s des de petits \u00e9s\u00a0<strong data-start=\"699\" data-end=\"837\">regalar-los confian\u00e7a per expressar-se, obrir-los portes per al futur i, sobretot, despertar en ells les ganes d\u2019aprendre sense l\u00edmits<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"56\" data-end=\"386\">A la nostra escola, creiem fermament en la import\u00e0ncia de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"114\" data-end=\"140\">l\u2019educaci\u00f3 pluriling\u00fce<\/strong>, perqu\u00e8 els idiomes s\u00f3n una finestra oberta a noves oportunitats i una manera de connectar amb el m\u00f3n. Som una escola\u00a0<strong>reconeguda pel Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 amb el\u00a0 projecte GEP,<\/strong>\u00a0el qual ens permet integrar diverses lleng\u00fces en el nostre dia a dia escolar. A trav\u00e9s d\u2019aquest projecte, els nostres infants tenen l\u2019oportunitat d\u2019aprendre i utilitzar\u00a0<strong data-start=\"479\" data-end=\"525\">catal\u00e0, castell\u00e0 i angl\u00e8s\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0en contextos naturals i significatius, fomentant no nom\u00e9s la compet\u00e8ncia ling\u00fc\u00edstica, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 el respecte i la comprensi\u00f3 intercultural. El GEP ens permet crear espais d\u2019aprenentatge on els infants no nom\u00e9s aprenen lleng\u00fces, sin\u00f3 que\u00a0<strong data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"811\">entenen el m\u00f3n des de diferents perspectives<\/strong>, preparant-los per ser ciutadans globals.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"59\" data-end=\"251\">A l\u2019escola fomentem un aprenentatge natural i progressiu de la llengua. El temps d\u2019exposici\u00f3 a l\u2019angl\u00e8s augmenta a mesura que els infants creixen. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, els infants de 1r i 2n de prim\u00e0ria fan 30 minuts m\u00e9s a la setmana dels jocs din\u00e0mics en angl\u00e8s, ampliant aix\u00ed un espai d\u2019educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica en angl\u00e8s. Els infants de 4t de prim\u00e0ria participen en el programa d\u2019intercanvi E-twinning. Per \u00faltim els infants de 5\u00e8 i 6\u00e8 de prim\u00e0ria fan din\u00e0miques de teatre en angl\u00e8s (role play) posant l\u2019angl\u00e8s en un context real i l\u00fadic.\u00a0Creiem en un aprenentatge actiu, vivencial i motivador que permet als infants incorporar l\u2019angl\u00e8s de manera natural i efectiva.\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1464\" data-end=\"1489\">Let\u2019s learn together!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"855\" data-end=\"1073\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s de les estones sistem\u00e0tiques d\u2019angl\u00e8s al llarg de la setmana, les quals es complementen amb el GEP i l\u2019auxiliar d\u2019angl\u00e8s subvencionada per l\u2019Ajuntament de Matadepera i que el plus d\u2019intervenci\u00f3 d\u20191h a cada grup classe, tamb\u00e9 dibuixem moments espec\u00edfics d\u2019ampliaci\u00f3 per a cada trimestre, sent els seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"277\" data-end=\"801\"><strong data-start=\"277\" data-end=\"333\">1r Trimestre: Sortides en angl\u00e8s i estades en angl\u00e8s.<\/strong><br data-start=\"338\" data-end=\"341\" \/>Els infants realitzen\u00a0<strong data-start=\"391\" data-end=\"413\">sortides en angl\u00e8s<\/strong>, on poden practicar la llengua en contextos reals i divertits, mentre descobreixen nous espais i aprenen a comunicar-se en situacions quotidianes. A m\u00e9s, a\u00a0<strong data-start=\"570\" data-end=\"593\">3r i 5\u00e8 de prim\u00e0ria<\/strong>, organitzem una\u00a0<strong data-start=\"610\" data-end=\"640\">estada d\u2019una nit en angl\u00e8s<\/strong>, una experi\u00e8ncia \u00fanica per fomentar l\u2019\u00fas de la llengua en un ambient m\u00e9s dist\u00e8s i amb activitats immersives, tot gaudint d\u2019un temps especial amb els companys\/es.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"803\" data-end=\"1221\"><strong data-start=\"803\" data-end=\"833\">2n Trimestre: English Days.<\/strong><br data-start=\"840\" data-end=\"843\" \/>Celebrem els nostres\u00a0<strong data-start=\"884\" data-end=\"900\">English Days<\/strong>, moments en els quals els diferents cicles de manera gradual es transformen en un espai d\u2019<strong data-start=\"947\" data-end=\"971\">immersi\u00f3 ling\u00fc\u00edstica<\/strong>. Al llarg d\u2019aquests dies, els infants participen en activitats, jocs, tallers i din\u00e0miques en angl\u00e8s, tot vivint l\u2019idioma de manera total i divertida. \u00c9s una oportunitat perqu\u00e8 l\u2019angl\u00e8s sigui part del seu dia a dia de manera natural i apassionant.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1223\" data-end=\"1582\"><strong data-start=\"1223\" data-end=\"1257\">3r Trimestre: Teatre en angl\u00e8s.<\/strong><br data-start=\"1262\" data-end=\"1265\" \/>Els nostres infants gaudeixen de\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1319\" data-end=\"1357\">representacions teatrals en angl\u00e8s<\/strong>\u00a0a l\u2019escola, una manera creativa i emocionant d\u2019aprendre. A trav\u00e9s del teatre, els infants poden sentir la llengua d\u2019una manera expressiva i din\u00e0mica, millorant la seva comprensi\u00f3 i flu\u00efdesa de manera l\u00fadica i entretinguda.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1584\" data-end=\"1827\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Apostem per un\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1599\" data-end=\"1655\">aprendre jugant i vivint l\u2019angl\u00e8s en contextos reals<\/strong>, perqu\u00e8 els nostres infants no nom\u00e9s aprenguin la llengua, sin\u00f3 que la visquin com una eina per expressar-se, connectar-se amb els altres i gaudir del seu aprenentatge.\u00a0<strong data-start=\"855\" data-end=\"976\">Ensenyar idiomes \u00e9s ensenyar a obrir-se al m\u00f3n, a descobrir noves idees i a comunicar-se de manera m\u00e9s lliure i rica.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1584\" data-end=\"1827\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"768\">At our school, we believe that learning English is much more than just mastering a language: it\u2019s about discovering new worlds, connecting with other cultures, and broadening horizons. That\u2019s why we introduce English from the age of 3, taking advantage of the natural learning abilities that children have at this stage. Through play, music, movement, and interaction, we make English a part of their daily lives in a spontaneous and experiential way. Without pressure or rush, but with excitement and curiosity, we turn the language into a meaningful communication tool. Planting the seed of English at an early age is giving them the confidence to express themselves, opening doors for the future, and, above all, sparking in them a love of learning without limits.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"770\" data-end=\"1539\">At our school, we strongly believe in the importance of\u00a0<strong data-start=\"826\" data-end=\"852\">plurilingual education<\/strong>, as languages are a window to new opportunities and a way to connect with the world. We are a school recognized by the Department of Education for our\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1004\" data-end=\"1037\">GEP (Gran Escola Pluriling\u00fce)<\/strong>\u00a0project, which allows us to integrate several languages into our daily school life. Through this project, our children have the opportunity to learn and use\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1228\">Catalan, Spanish, and English<\/strong>\u00a0in natural and meaningful contexts, promoting not only linguistic competence but also respect and intercultural understanding. The GEP project helps us create learning spaces where children not only learn languages but understand the world from different perspectives, preparing them to become global citizens.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1541\" data-end=\"2208\">At school, we foster a natural and progressive language learning process. The exposure to English increases as the children grow. Furthermore, students in\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1696\" data-end=\"1717\">1st and 2nd grade<\/strong>\u00a0have 30 extra minutes a week of dynamic games in English, thus expanding the physical education space into English. Students in\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1846\" data-end=\"1859\">4th grade<\/strong>\u00a0participate in the\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1879\" data-end=\"1910\">E-twinning exchange program<\/strong>, and students in\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1928\" data-end=\"1950\">5th and 6th grades<\/strong>\u00a0engage in\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1961\" data-end=\"2001\">English theater dynamics (role play)<\/strong>, putting English into real and fun contexts. We believe in active, experiential, and motivating learning that allows children to incorporate English in a natural and effective way.\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2183\" data-end=\"2208\">Let\u2019s learn together!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2210\" data-end=\"2490\">In addition to the regular English lessons throughout the week, which are complemented by the GEP and an English assistant funded by the Matadepera City Council (providing 1 hour of intervention per class), we also design specific extension moments for each trimester, as follows:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2492\" data-end=\"2987\"><strong data-start=\"2492\" data-end=\"2546\">1st Trimester: English outings and overnight stays<\/strong><br data-start=\"2546\" data-end=\"2549\" \/>Children participate in\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2573\" data-end=\"2592\">English outings<\/strong>, where they can practice the language in real and fun contexts, while discovering new places and learning to communicate in everyday situations. Additionally, in\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2755\" data-end=\"2776\">3rd and 5th grade<\/strong>, we organize an\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2793\" data-end=\"2822\">overnight stay in English<\/strong>, a unique experience to promote the use of the language in a more relaxed atmosphere with immersive activities, while enjoying a special time with their classmates.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2989\" data-end=\"3374\"><strong data-start=\"2989\" data-end=\"3020\">2nd Trimester: English Days<\/strong><br data-start=\"3020\" data-end=\"3023\" \/>We celebrate our\u00a0<strong data-start=\"3040\" data-end=\"3056\">English Days<\/strong>, where different school levels gradually transform into an\u00a0<strong data-start=\"3116\" data-end=\"3141\">immersion environment<\/strong>. During these days, children engage in activities, games, workshops, and dynamics in English, experiencing the language fully and enjoyably. It\u2019s an opportunity for English to become a natural and exciting part of their daily lives.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3376\" data-end=\"3666\"><strong data-start=\"3376\" data-end=\"3410\">3rd Trimester: English Theater<\/strong><br data-start=\"3410\" data-end=\"3413\" \/>Our students enjoy\u00a0<strong data-start=\"3432\" data-end=\"3464\">English theater performances<\/strong>\u00a0at school, a creative and exciting way to learn. Through theater, children experience the language expressively and dynamically, improving their comprehension and fluency in a playful and engaging way.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3668\" data-end=\"4013\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">We are committed to learning through play and experiencing English in real contexts, so that our children not only learn the language but live it as a tool to express themselves, connect with others, and enjoy their learning. This is not only a linguistic exchange but is also a sharing cultural because we belong to different cultures that webring together and share. We work with different resources such as: presentations, videos, posters\u2026 and we use English to communicate with our new mates from the other countries.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1194 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceiptorredemer\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu744\/2016\/11\/awarded-etwinning-school-label.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"233\" height=\"255\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We are Etwinning School! Being an Etwinning School means being committed to its project. Our school gives importance to work with other European schools by learning through global methodologies which includea range of cultural and language approaches.<\/p>\n<p>For this reason, Etwinning has valued our task awarding Escola Joan Torredemer Canela with the distinctive label \u201cEtwinning School\u201d. Ser una escola Etwinning significa que estem compromesos amb el seu projecte. Nosaltres donem import\u00e0ncia al fet de treballar amb d\u2019altres centres Europeus mitjan\u00e7ant metodologies globals que inclouen diversos enfocaments culturals i ling\u00fc\u00edstics.<\/p>\n<p>Per aquesta ra\u00f3, Etwinning ha valorat la nostra tasca donant a l\u2019Escola Joan Torredemer Canela el segell distintiu de \u201cEtwinning school\u201d. Aquesta nova etiqueta significa que Etwining ha avaluat positivament la nostra implicaci\u00f3 amb el projecte.<\/p>\n<p>Totes les escoles premiades:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tindran reconeixement a nivell Europeu.<\/li>\n<li>Formaran una xarxa europea d\u2019escoles Etwinning per inspirar el futur desenvolupament de l\u2019Etwinning.<\/li>\n<li>Seran reconegudes com l\u00edders en:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pr\u00e0ctiques digitals<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e0ctiques de seguretat en l\u00ednia<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00fas de pedagogies creatives i innovadores<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promouran un continu desenvolupament professional.<\/li>\n<li>Promouran aprenentatges col\u00b7laboratius.<\/li>\n<li>Podran mostrar l\u2019etiqueta de \u201cEtwinning school\u201d en tots els seus materials de promoci\u00f3 i informatius.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1 class=\"entry-title\">Auxiliar de conversa en llengua anglesa<\/h1>\n<h4><strong>Pla de suport a l\u2019aprenentatge de les lleng\u00fces\u00a0 als centres educatius p\u00fablics de Matadepera a c\u00e0rrec de l&#8217;Ajuntament:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>El servei d\u2019auxiliars de conversa de llengua anglesa va sorgir d\u2019una proposta per part dels centres educatius p\u00fablics del municipi. En aquest context des de la regidoria d\u2019educaci\u00f3 de l\u2019ajuntament es va plantejar com un programa municipal \u201cPla de suport a l\u2019aprenentatge de les lleng\u00fces\u201d a iniciar com un \u201cpla pilot\u201d per als cursos 2021-22 i 2022-23 amb l\u2019objectiu d\u2019estimular l\u2019aprenentatge de la llengua anglesa i fomentar el pluriling\u00fcisme i el coneixement d\u2019altres cultures per al nostre alumnat.<\/p>\n<p>El contracte es va licitar i es va adjudicar per un per\u00edode de 17 setmanes distribu\u00efdes l\u2019any 2022 de 2 a 31 de maig i de 12 de setembre a 30 de novembre i l\u2019any 2023 de 16 de gener a 24 de maig.<\/p>\n<p>A la sessi\u00f3 de Consell Escolar Municipal celebrada el 31 de maig de 2023 els directors de les escoles p\u00fabliques i institut fan constar en acta l\u2019alta satisfacci\u00f3 d\u2019aquest programa i insten a la seva continu\u00eftat per la propera legislatura.<\/p>\n<p>Efectuada la valoraci\u00f3, el programa se segueix emmarcant en un dels objectius de la regidoria d\u2019educaci\u00f3 i formaci\u00f3 per als anys 2024-2027: desenvolupar accions encaminades a millorar les compet\u00e8ncies, la capacitaci\u00f3 i les oportunitats d\u2019\u00e8xit de la totalitat dels estudiants complementant els seus ensenyaments b\u00e0sics per tal d\u2019avan\u00e7ar vers una societat del coneixement.<\/p>\n<p>Els objectius espec\u00edfics que es volen assolir s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Millorar la compet\u00e8ncia oral comunicativa de l\u2019alumnat.<\/li>\n<li>Oferir aquest recurs a la totalitat de l\u2019alumnat sense distincions;\u00a0tenint en compte el principi d\u2019equitat, es vol contribuir a revertir possibles situacions de desigualtat d\u2019oportunitats entre l\u2019alumnat, oferint aquest programa tots els centres p\u00fablics del municipi \u00a0per millorar el grau d\u2019\u00e8xit en llengua anglesa del nostre alumnat, tot complementant el seu curr\u00edculum.<\/li>\n<li>Refor\u00e7ar les destreses orals de l\u2019alumnat en la llengua estrangera.<\/li>\n<li>Proporcionar un model de correcci\u00f3 fon\u00e8tica i gramatical de la llengua estrangera corresponent.<\/li>\n<li>Realitzar pr\u00e0ctiques espec\u00edfiques de conversa.<\/li>\n<li>Col\u00b7laborar amb els docents en la planificaci\u00f3 de les activitats del projecte i donar suport ling\u00fc\u00edstic.<\/li>\n<li>Fomentar la motivaci\u00f3 i l\u2019inter\u00e8s de l\u2019alumnat envers la llengua i la cultura del seu pa\u00eds d\u2019origen, aix\u00ed com del conjunt de pa\u00efsos de la mateixa llengua.<\/li>\n<li>Donar suport en l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 i adaptaci\u00f3 de materials i aportar recursos did\u00e0ctics en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de la compet\u00e8ncia oral.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El programa d\u2019Auxiliars de Conversa per a la millora de la llengua anglesa posar\u00e0 a disposici\u00f3 dels centres educatius p\u00fablics auxiliars de conversa que, en coordinaci\u00f3 amb el departament d\u2019angl\u00e8s de cada centre i atenent el seu Projecte Educatiu de Centre (PEC), refor\u00e7aran les compet\u00e8ncies, habilitats comunicatives i ling\u00fc\u00edstiques dels infants i joves de les escoles Ginesta, Torredemer i Institut de Matadepera.<\/p>\n<p>Cada centre escolar disposar\u00e0 d\u2019un\/a Auxiliar duent sempre la seva tasca amb els docents titulars presents a l\u2019aula i donant \u00fanicament el suport a les activitats que aquests hagin programat en l\u2019\u00e0mbit comunicatiu i de pr\u00e0ctica de conversa.<\/p>\n<p>En cap cas la tasca dels Auxiliars de Conversa ser\u00e0 substitut\u00f2ria de la del personal docent titular.
