El paper de les fam\u00edlies \u00e9s absolutament fonamental per fer del Tibidabo una escola d\u2019\u00e8xit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>&#8211; Participaci\u00f3 activa i festiva: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La vostra implicaci\u00f3 \u00e9s visible en molts \u00e0mbits:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tant si \u00e9s en les festivitats internes de l\u2019escola com la castanyada, Sant Jordi, Carnestoltes&#8230; on sou essencials per mantenir vives les nostres tradicions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com en les vostres visites en les exposicions i projectes, per valorar la feina dels vostres fills i filles i refor\u00e7ar el seu aprenentatge.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>&#8211; Veu, vot i lideratge: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La participaci\u00f3 va molt m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de les celebracions, teniu veu i vot en el futur de l\u2019escola:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sent representaci\u00f3 activa en el consell escolar i a l\u2019AFA on hi participeu en la presa de decisions importants.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participant en les reunions de les fam\u00edlies delegades les quals s\u00f3n el canal directe per fer arribar les vostres inquietuds i propostes a la direcci\u00f3, sent una part real i democr\u00e0tica del nostre equip.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Responent a les enquestes de valoraci\u00f3, conviv\u00e8ncia, i seguiment de l\u2019equip, per millorar l\u2019escola i en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia el resultat de tot l\u2019alumnat de l&#8217;escola.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fent compromisos de millora per ajudar als vostres fills i filles a millorar els aprenentatges durant el curs escolar.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>&#8211; Comunicaci\u00f3 fluida i di\u00e0ria: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perqu\u00e8 el seguiment sigui efectiu, la comunicaci\u00f3 ha de ser constant. Per aix\u00f2 garantim una comunicaci\u00f3 di\u00e0ria i fluida, tant amb el professorat, com amb l\u2019equip directiu.
