{"id":8699,"date":"2019-02-25T12:38:06","date_gmt":"2019-02-25T11:38:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceiptarra\/?p=8699"},"modified":"2019-02-26T20:08:27","modified_gmt":"2019-02-26T19:08:27","slug":"formacio-de-grups-als-projectes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceiptarra\/primaria\/formacio-de-grups-als-projectes\/","title":{"rendered":"FORMACI\u00d3 DE GRUPS ALS PROJECTES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Treballar per projectes t\u00e9 moltes finalitats;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitar el <strong>treball aut\u00f2nom<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Passar la <strong>responsabilitat de l&#8217;aprenentatge<\/strong> al propi <strong>alumnat<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Explicitar<\/strong> quins s\u00f3n els <strong>objectius<\/strong> de cada tasca i quina <strong>funci\u00f3<\/strong> ha de complir cada <strong>membre del grup<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Potenciar al m\u00e0xim <strong>l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 social<\/strong> de les activitats d&#8217;aprenentatge.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Treballar<\/strong> ideals com la <strong>discussi\u00f3<\/strong>, la <strong>negociaci\u00f3<\/strong> i, en general, els valors de <strong>respecte<\/strong>&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per afavorir el triomf en tots aquests aspectes, \u00e9s molt important comen\u00e7ar per portar a terme una s\u00e8rie de din\u00e0miques i estrat\u00e8gies per a la formaci\u00f3 de sub-grups dins del grup classe. Algunes d\u2019aquestes propostes s\u00f3n les seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Activitat de la casa <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En grups de 4-5 havien d\u2019aconseguir fer una casa.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Material: 1 llapis, 1 goma, 1 full per cada grup.<\/li>\n<li>Primer havien de decidir qui comen\u00e7ava i cap a on seguien els torns (company\/a de l\u2019esquerra o dreta).<\/li>\n<li>En el torn de cadasc\u00fa NOM\u00c9S podien dibuixar una l\u00ednia de la casa.<\/li>\n<li>Podien esborrar alguna l\u00ednia del company\/a si no els hi agradava.<\/li>\n<li>I NO podien parlar mentre feien l\u2019activitat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s es va comentar i reflexionar oralment; heu dibuixat la casa? Per qu\u00e8? Qu\u00e8 ha passat? Com ho heu aconseguit? Quins obstacles us heu trobat? Qu\u00e8 haur\u00edeu d\u2019haver fet?&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3, se\u2019ls va repartir un <strong>q\u00fcestionari<\/strong> que van haver de contestar individualment sobre els seus companys i companyes.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Havien d\u2019escriure el nom de quatre companys\/companyes de classe amb els que treballarien b\u00e9 en equip tenint en compte uns requisits:\n<ul>\n<li>Company\/a amb capacitat d\u2019ajudar<\/li>\n<li>Company\/a del qual pots aprendre molt<\/li>\n<li>Companya\/a que necessita un acompanyament<\/li>\n<li>Company\/a que podries ajudar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>I sobre els rols que creien que podien du a terme cadasc\u00fa:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Coordinador\/a:<\/strong> <strong>controla<\/strong> que es segueixin els passos de la feina planificada, <strong>comunica<\/strong> a la resta del grup-classe la feina feta pel seu equip, <strong>conversa<\/strong> amb persones adultes per resoldre dubtes i dificultats i <strong>respon<\/strong> a les preguntes del tutor\/a.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Secretari\/a: recorda<\/strong> les feines pendents, els compromisos individuals i grupals, <strong>escriu<\/strong> el treball realitzat, els compromisos al diari d\u2019equip i els plans d\u2019equip i <strong>vigila<\/strong> el to veu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Supervisor\/a: controla <\/strong>el temps i que tothom participi, <strong>anima<\/strong> a l\u2019equip a seguir avan\u00e7ant, <strong>observa<\/strong> que tot quedi recollit i <strong>cust\u00f2dia<\/strong> els materials.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ajudant: recolzar <\/strong>a qui ho necessiti, <strong>exercir<\/strong> el c\u00e0rrec del company\/a absent\/a i <strong>moderar<\/strong> en els conflictes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Seguidament es va recollir els q\u00fcestionaris i es va buidar els resultats en una graella.<\/p>\n<p>Amb tota aquesta informaci\u00f3 es va iniciar la <strong>primera proposta d\u2019agrupaments\u00a0<\/strong>per del docent.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00faltima activitat que es va proposar va ser la seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019alumnat havia de formar 6 grups <\/strong>\u00a0tenint en compte els rols esmentats anteriorment.<\/p>\n<p>Es va observar minuciosament el que feien, despr\u00e9s van haver de justificar els seus agrupaments i es van anar fent els canvis pertinents, fent reflexionar a l\u2019alumnat. Fins i tot, hi ha haver canvis d\u2019opini\u00f3 per part del docent degut a la reflexi\u00f3 que exposaven alguns d\u2019ells\/es.<\/p>\n<p>Tot aquest proc\u00e9s t\u00e9 com a finalitat <strong>optimitzar<\/strong> al m\u00e0xim les <strong>relacions<\/strong>, <strong>col\u00b7laboracions<\/strong> entre iguals i, en definitiva, afavorir un <strong>aprenentatge<\/strong> veritablement <strong>cooperatiu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Per acabar de concloure, es va elaborar un rac\u00f3 a l\u2019aula amb els r\u00e8tols explicatius de cada rol i es va repartir a cada membre del grup la seva xapa amb el seu rol determinat.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/photos.app.goo.gl\/3j2VvyEKLy3MZ28HA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FOTOS<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Treballar per projectes t\u00e9 moltes finalitats; Facilitar el treball aut\u00f2nom.
