Tamb\u00e9 podem aprofitar per dir els noms d\u2019alguns dels companys i companyes i\/o escriure el propi nom i el d\u2019algun company\/a.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preguntar quin dia era AHIR, quin \u00e9s AVUI i quin ser\u00e0 DEM\u00c0, tamb\u00e9 mirar-ho als n\u00fameros del calendari. Abans de l\u2019escriptura del n\u00famero cinc en un full, recomanem fer-lo de diferents maneres. Per exemple, en una de les safates per practicar el grafisme que vam presentar fa dues setmanes, en una pissarra, amb plastilina, amb peces, etc.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A la fitxa, en primer lloc, han de seguir la direcci\u00f3 del seu tra\u00e7 amb el dit (sempre seguint la fletxa). Despr\u00e9s, han de repassar\u00a0 amb\u00a0 el llapis o els colors tots els n\u00fameros i, finalment, comptar i pintar els barrets.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Activitat 3- On \u00e9s el n\u00famero 5?: <\/b>proposem una <a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceiptarra\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1004\/2020\/05\/ENCERCLA-TOTS-ELS-N\u00daMEROS-5-QUE-TROBIS.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">fitxa<\/a> on <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">han de buscar i encerclar tots els n\u00fameros 5 que trobin. Despr\u00e9s, poden pintar el n\u00famero 5. Per exemple, cadires, plats, fruites, marcs de fotos, nines, peluixos, etc. Despr\u00e9s, en un full, dibuixar 5 coses que us agradin, pintar-les i escriure el n\u00famero 5.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Activitat 5- Activitat digital \u201cComptem els n\u00fameros!\u201d: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">us proposem realitzar la seg\u00fcent <a href=\"https:\/\/clic.xtec.cat\/projects\/comptar\/jclic.js\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">activitat digital<\/a>. La idea \u00e9s, sobretot, centrada a realitzar el bloc d\u2019activitats de l\u20191 al 5, ja que s\u00f3n els n\u00fameros que m\u00e9s hem treballat fins ara. Tot i que, si ho considereu oport\u00fa, tamb\u00e9 podeu presentar les del bloc de l\u20191 al 9.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Activitat 6- Les pometes:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> visualitzar el v\u00eddeo de la can\u00e7\u00f3 \u201c Les pometes\u201d . Us proposem un seguit d\u2019idees per fer a partir de la can\u00e7\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211;\u00a0 Seguir el ritme de la can\u00e7\u00f3, picant amb dos dits d\u2019una m\u00e0 sobre l\u2019altra o amb un instrument.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Seguir els passos de la can\u00e7\u00f3, representant amb una m\u00e0 les cinc pometes i anar traient dits a mesura que les pometes van caient. Aquesta setmana la utilitzarem\u00a0 per fer c\u00e0lcul mental.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Us plantegem 5 problemes (els podeu modificar o adaptar). La manera de treballar aquests problemes \u00e9s la seg\u00fcent:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cada problema es llegeix 2 o 3 vegades, lentament i de la manera m\u00e9s clara possible.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El nen\/a ha de pensar la resposta durant un temps.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despr\u00e9s ha de comprovar amb la capsa si la resposta \u00e9s o no correcta.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Els <strong>problemes<\/strong> s\u00f3n els seg\u00fcents:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si tens 2 cotxes de joguina i te\u2019n dono un altre, quants cotxes de joguina tindr\u00e0s?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si tens 3 boletes de plastilina i em d\u00f3nes 1, quantes te\u2019n quedaran?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tu tens 1 bot\u00f3 i jo en tinc un altre. Quants botons tenim entre tots dos?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si tens 4 caramels i em d\u00f3nes dos, quants te\u2019n quedaran?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si tens 3 pedres en una m\u00e0 i una pedra a l\u2019altre m\u00e0, quantes pedres tens entre totes dues?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquests tipus de problemes els podeu treballar un cop per setmana. Us podeu inventar altres problemes semblants i fer la comprovaci\u00f3 amb la capsa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><b>Proposta 3: <\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><b>Tinc un volc\u00e0! (educaci\u00f3 emocional i coneixement del propi cos)<\/b><b>\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquesta setmana practicarem la t\u00e8cnica d\u2019apagar el volc\u00e0. Us animem a penjar al <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff0000;\">Padlet <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">del nivell aquests dibuixos!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Activitats de desenvolupament:\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>Activitat 2- Com apaguem el nostre volc\u00e0?:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> la idea principal \u00e9s que els nens\/es se sentin identificats amb l\u2019Alba i aprenguin a controlar la r\u00e0bia. Proposem una activitat, per tant, de control de la respiraci\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En primer lloc, cal buscar un lloc tranquil per estirar-se a terra, boca amunt. (podem acompanyar al nen\/a i estirar-nos al seu costat). Fins i tot, podem posar m\u00fasica relaxant de fons.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><b>Respirar lentament<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, agafant l\u2019aire pel nas i deixar-lo anar per la boca.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Portar l\u2019aire cap el volc\u00e0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u00e9s a dir, inflar la panxa poc a poc.
