Aix\u00ed doncs, experimentar, descobrir, prendre decisions, relacionar-se i interactuar amb els altres, posa en joc les emocions; tant necess\u00e0ries per augmentar la <strong>possibilitat podeu fer una gravaci\u00f3 fent un circuit, o ball per posar en pr\u00e0ctica aquests conceptes utilitzen materials\/objectes que tingueu a casa, tals com cadires, taules, sof\u00e0, llit, <\/span><b>ioga<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> us agrada tant, us continuem proposant una sessi\u00f3 de <\/span><b>Yogic<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, aquesta es titula <\/span><b>\u201cRugir como un le\u00f3n\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, l\u2019enlla\u00e7 \u00e9s el seg\u00fcent:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sentir-se estimat per un mateix \u00e9s un dels pilars essencials per una bona <strong>autoestima<\/strong>. Dedicar un temps per parlar sobre un mateix ens fa sentir<strong> \u00fanics i especials<\/strong>. I aix\u00f2 es el que farem amb aquesta proposta.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019activitat la podem dividir en dues parts:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>A la primera part,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> haureu d\u2019<\/span><b>escriure el nom del vostre fill o filla en lletres grans i buides. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Recomanaci\u00f3: el podeu escriure vosaltres mateixos o b\u00e9, escriure-ho de color groc i que ells ho ressegueixin.
