Coincidim en la<br \/>\nimport\u00e0ncia de tenir una visi\u00f3 de centre clara, conjunta i coneguda per tothom. Volem seguir<br \/>\ntreballant el lideratge pedag\u00f2gic, repartint les responsabilitats al consell de direcci\u00f3 i les<br \/>\ndiferents comissions i comunitats del centre. Al mateix temps volem que tothom sigui part\u00edcip(<br \/>\npersonal del centre, alumnat i fam\u00edlies) i pugui aportar les seves idees per aconseguir aquesta<br \/>\ntransformaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La cultura docent del nostre centre es basa en la formaci\u00f3 continua del professorat, el treball<br \/>\nde dos mestres a l\u2019aula que ens ajuda a prendre i compartir diferents metodologies i maneres<br \/>\nde fer. I al mateix temps, ajuda a una millor inclusi\u00f3 de tot l\u2019alumnat. Volem seguir fent<br \/>\nclaustres pedag\u00f2gics oferint moments de reflexi\u00f3 entre les comunitats del centre per poder<br \/>\ndialogar i compartir sobre la nostra pr\u00e0ctica docent.<\/p>\n<p>Volem fer de la nostra escola una escola que apr\u00e8n i per aix\u00f2 aprenem d\u2019altres escoles a trav\u00e9s<br \/>\ndel laboratori de transformaci\u00f3. Participarem de la xarxa entre centres que formem part del<br \/>\nprojecte. Tamb\u00e9 treballem amb altres entitats de l\u2019entorn que ens envolta, per exemple el parc<br \/>\nnatural del Delta de l\u2019Ebre, els Ports&#8230;.<br \/>\nPer poder millorar volem avan\u00e7ar en l\u2019autoavaluaci\u00f3 de la pr\u00e0ctica docent dins a l\u2019aula, obrir la<br \/>\nment a les noves oportunitats que ens arriben i a la nova realitat que vivim, iniciar-nos en una<br \/>\navaluaci\u00f3 encaminada a aprendre i no tant centrada en una nota qualificativa, i reduir el treball<br \/>\nindividual i apostar per un treball globalitzat, funcional, significatiu i cooperatiu.<br \/>\nObrim la porta a les fam\u00edlies perqu\u00e8 puguin col\u00b7laborar, oferint els seus coneixements i<br \/>\nexperi\u00e8ncies per enriquir l\u2019aprenentatge dels seus fills o filles,<br \/>\nEn conclusi\u00f3 volem fer de la nostra escola un lloc on els alumnes puguin aprendre m\u00e9s i millor.<br \/>\nPer aix\u00f2 volem aprofitar les oportunitats que ens oferir\u00e0 el laboratori de transformaci\u00f3<br \/>\neducativa.<\/p>\n<p>#LabReferent #PAcTE\/ExC #XTTE<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Els i les docents de l\u2019escola hem estat reflexionant sobre com aconseguir una transformaci\u00f3 del centre que afavoreixi el desenvolupament integral del nostre alumnat.
