El ultrasonido no tiene propiedades diferentes de las ondas audibles, excepto que los humanos no pueden o\u00edrlas. El l\u00edmite auditivo var\u00eda dependiendo de la persona y es aproximadamente de unos 20 kHz en j\u00f3venes de menos de 18 a\u00f1os.
