Amb l\u2019objectiu de millorar el benestar personal, al mateix temps,\u00a0 aquestes activitats ens han perm\u00e8s fer unes pauses necess\u00e0ries entre tasques acad\u00e8miques. Com a primer any de pr\u00e0ctica d\u2019exercicis contemplatius, els nostres alumnes han pogut fer un tastet d\u2019algunes de les activitats que han estat estudiades per la comunitat cient\u00edfica com a beneficioses per la qualitat de vida i la concentraci\u00f3. Amb l\u2019objectiu de poder donar continu\u00eftat a aquest programa, l\u2019escola ha apostat per utilitzar el mindfulness com a una eina m\u00e9s per poder ajudar els alumnes a gestionar el seu
