{"id":3973,"date":"2017-06-21T07:04:34","date_gmt":"2017-06-21T05:04:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipsegimoncomas\/?p=3973"},"modified":"2017-06-21T07:21:34","modified_gmt":"2017-06-21T05:21:34","slug":"taller-de-cuina-i-degustacio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipsegimoncomas\/general\/taller-de-cuina-i-degustacio\/","title":{"rendered":"TALLER DE CUINA I DEGUSTACI\u00d3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Acomiadem els alumnes de 6\u00e8 amb un taller de cuina impartit per en David Sanglas i posterior degustaci\u00f3 per a les mares i pares!<\/p>\n<p>El taller ha format part del projecte Territori educador &#8211; Ens mengem les valls que hem portat a terme aquest curs escolar. <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/photos\/xECqP6gjaP2NVi6d8\">\u00c0LBUM FOTOGR\u00c0FIC<\/a><\/p>\n<p>El men\u00fa degustaci\u00f3 ha estat:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vaset de formatge amb germinats, pollastre, tom\u00e0quets cirerol i oli d&#8217;olives negres<\/li>\n<li>Raviolis de vedella<\/li>\n<li>Esferificacions de iogurt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>EXQUISIT!!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #ff6600;\">RAVIOLIS<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Necessiteu 200 g farina i \u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">150 ml d&#8217;ou pasteuritzat<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En un bol, feu un volc\u00e0 amb la farina i l&#8217;ou al mig. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amasseu-ho i plegueu-ho sobre si mateix.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enfilmeu i deixeu a la nevera mitja hora.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estireu amb el corr\u00f3 i farina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Talleu en cercles la massa estirada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Farciu amb carn.
