Els primers dies hem conegut qu\u00e8 \u00e9s una cooperativa i qu\u00e8 \u00e9s una empresa mercantil i <strong>hem escollit ser una cooperativa<\/strong> perqu\u00e8 creiem que \u00e9s una forma de gesti\u00f3 molt m\u00e9s igualit\u00e0ria i on totes i totes podem participar i decidir les coses de forma democr\u00e0tica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Despr\u00e9s de decidir el tipus de gesti\u00f3, <strong>hem pensat un nom per la nostra cooperativa i hem fet votacions<\/strong>. Les tres opcions finals han sigut:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Aurowinners<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Aurohaks<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Coopaurons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">I l&#8217;<strong>opci\u00f3 guanyadora \u00e9s&#8230;. COOPAURONS per 20 vots! <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/10MPXROb7NBlDrmCi_p_FqHD8Qk632J58?usp=share_link\">Cliqueu aqu\u00ed per veure les fotos de les votacions\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Despr\u00e9s, hem seguit treballant a trav\u00e9s de v\u00eddeos i debats quines s\u00f3n les habilitats que han de tenir les persones que formin part de l&#8217;equip directiu de la cooperativa i hem fet una retroinspecci\u00f3 per valorar si tenim o no les qualitats treballades. Finalment, hem creat uns <strong>discursos<\/strong> on hem indicat a quin c\u00e0rrec volem optar, hem destacat les nostres qualitats per poder ocupar el c\u00e0rrec i <strong>hem demanat als companys i companyes que ens votin<\/strong> i aquests han sigut els resultats:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Les persones que s&#8217;han presentat al c\u00e0rrec de <strong>president i presidenta:<\/strong>\u00a0 Paula, Aya, Israe i Samuel i les persones m\u00e9s votades han estat el <strong>Samuel i la Aya<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Les persones que s&#8217;han presentat per a ser <strong>secretari o secret\u00e0ria:<\/strong> Dunia, Arian, Alexia M, Mohamed i Carla i les persones m\u00e9s votades han estat<strong> la Dunia i l&#8217;Arian.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Les persones que s&#8217;han presentat per a ser <strong>tresorer o tresorera<\/strong>: M\u00e0rius, Alexia V, Josefina, Lluna, Yousra i Blai i les persones amb m\u00e9s vots han estat el <strong>Blai i el M\u00e0rius.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les persones que no volen ocupar un c\u00e0rrec de l&#8217;equip directiu tamb\u00e9 han fet un discurs per justificar la seva decisi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/10NXpEAHgGuvCZjPeKgCocw4adjEKeZc-?usp=share_link\">Per veure les imatges de les votacions dels c\u00e0rrecs directius cliqueu aqu\u00ed.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hola fam\u00edlies, Hem comen\u00e7at el projecte CuEmE (Cultura Emprenedora a l&#8217;Escola).
